A small kettle to make coffee/teas would have been nice :) but we managed to order some latte machiatos from the bar in the evenings at reasonable price.

Perfect location, very close to the beach, big supermarket with groceries very close, restaurant right in the hotel and ice cream with many other restaurants across the street. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the dinner in the hotel was delitious. The free parking spots are 5-minute walk. However they are public and can be filled quickly. However there is another big parking spot (paid), that is also 5-minute walk, where you can always find free place. I recommand this hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great, just on the lake shore (you could see the sun rise over the water from the balcony), and only a 2 minute walk from the old city center. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, beds comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. Not to forget the excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

If I must say something here, it would be that the windows didn't reduce the traffic noise, but take in consideration that I am a very light sleeper 🙂

Lovely friendly welcome. Everything neatly explained. Comfy bed and shower was powerful and hot! Breakfast was actually very comparable to all other resort type breakfasts. Two days earlier we were in a 4 star and it was exactly the same. :) Tasty, plenty of choice and nice kind service. Location is a 12 min walk to Riva old town - but the coastal path make's it worth while. It's not a frilly kind of place but for a budget option, it warmly deserves an 8.5!

Parking is a little far on foot 700metre - but again, easily do-able. And they have barrier/secure etc. 8euros for peace of mind.

The location was great, very convenient that the main promenade is literally a three minute walk away. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the old town is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff was very kind. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pet-friendly concept. But I would gladly visit this place again, the impressions were very pleasant.

The location is great, just opposite of the ice-cream shop only 15 min walk from the center. For breakfast everyone will find something good. Many items. The room was cleaned every day. Nice view from the balcony to the mountains.

There is a smell from the toilet, but you just need to close the door and it is ok. The shower cabin is a bit small. Remember to not close the door of balcony completely, when you are on it. It will not open again from outside and you will need to call reception.

Great location, 3 minutes walking from the bus stop, 5 minutes from the beach. Nice, simple rooms. Quiet. Good breakfast. Very friendly receptionists, they gave a lot of information and they helped us to find the time-schedule for the busses.

We found a slipper from a previous client under one of the beds, so maybe the rooms should be cleaned with more attention.

The staff was incredibly helpful by giving us a local map and drawing all the free parking zones. The breakfast was the same each day, but it was a good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned and well kept daily. The hotel is right by a busy street, so you'll hear cars, busses and people constantly, however the balcony door was very good at blocking the noise so we could sleep soundly at night.

There was a smell in the bathroom that we just couldn't get rid off, even if we had the window open at all times. As if there was something wrong with the pipes.

The lake is located across the street, so the distance to the beach 2 mins by foot. There are many shops and restaurants around. The hotel has its own restaurant, we can recommend it. Breakfast consist mostly of the sweet choices, but there is some ham, boiled eggs, salami and cheese available as well. The red orange juice was delicious. Room was as in the pictures, we had nice balcony view to the lake, but it comes with the price of noise. The street to the lake is super busy and noisy, which can be heard in the room. The bathroom is reconstructed and clean, however the tubes were stinky (maybe because it was rainy and there was different pressure). Shower is however very small in size, I guess 70x70 cm so it is hard to fit in. The free public parking is 700 meters away from the hotel, there were plenty of parking places, but we were there in off-season during the week. Overall, it was good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay.
