Wow this hotel really does make your stay in Tbilisi that more special. Even as a Muslim who does not drink alcohol, I was blown away with the service from the staff and also the hotel itself. This hotel could be a museum! Some positives from my stay:- - all day live piano; switching to live musicians and traditional singing in the evening - staff catering to any specific needs: I was provided with a plug adapter and also boxed breakfasts for my days out on excursions - food at the hotel is lovely and fresh - the manager kindly gave me a tour of the famous wine cellar here which was very educational - a maximum of 15mins walk to the main square Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on future visits!

The hotel truly surpassed our expectations; it was so beautiful that we felt at home in the suite. The hospitality was outstanding, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable; I’ve never experienced such high standards in any hotel I’ve visited. Our breakfast experience, enhanced by live piano music, was absolutely delightful. The decor and the view from our suite were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. When we returned to our home country, we realized we had left our debit card at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the hotel notifying us about the card; their honesty was truly impressive. This place is a treasure, and I'm so happy I booked it. The rooms are all uniquely decorated with unique and beautiful antiques, carpets, and artwork, and the lounge downstairs will be your new favourite place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. All staff were exceptionally courteous, and special mention to Thea who gave us a most enlightening wine tasting, making wine more than just a drink - it's a philosophy! The Vinotel Wines? Exquisite. And an extensive collection - something for everyone. The hotel is on the other side of the river, so there is about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the standard sights in Tbilisi, but this also makes it super quiet at night. Treat yourself for a few nights if you are coming to Tbilisi, this place is worth it.

It’s luxurious. It was my first day so I booked this property for a good start. They upgraded my room to a deluxe room. The view from the 2nd floor is beautiful. You see a beautiful church from the 2nd floor. The best part was the live piano music during the breakfast time!! Oh, it was marvelous to hear such a wonderful piece of music. And the breakfast is sooooooooo luxurious & delicious! You will feel like a queen! I forgot to buy a phone adapter but when I asked the staff, he was kind enough to give me and I could charge all my electronic devices easily. I saw a guitar here & when I asked, can I pay, they gave it me & I could practice my guitar here! Also, there is a bell boy who will help you with your suitcases to carry from downstairs to upstairs & vice-versa. I approached the staff/ manager many times & asked questions what to see & how to go. They helped me nicely. They provide all the toiletries. Finally, thank you very much for making my stay special.

Nothing. All is good! Just for the information; it is not hotel’s problem. This hotel is on the main road so the traffic or car , truck or police siren noises you may hear continuously. But I was so tired that I put my AirPods on & slept soon. If you too put your AirPods & play music & you can sleep. And I couldn’t or find the dustbin in the room, so unfortunately, I threw all my garbage in the bathroom one’s dustbin where you are supposed to throw only sanitary products.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially we felt It's a little uncomfortable for us as its not a typical hotel. But once we settled down we just loved it. The hotel is location close to the city centre. Food was good. What I liked most is the service provided by the staff and the hotel decor. The people at the hotel are so good that you can ask them for any kind of help and they would help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with carpets all over, many antique pieces are displayed all over. There are sofa sets with cushions where one can relax. It feels like being in a house, not in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Very cosy hotel, very friendly and attentive staff which made us feel very welcome. Exceptional food in the restaurant, by far the best we had in Georgia during our one week visit (especially Phali was the best!) very attentive service by Levan and Genat. Lovely and very friendly housekeeping lady. and also life piano music at breakfast and dinner by Tomas was a lovely touch, thank you Tomas . Thank you Tea for the good bye present!

The decoration was stylish and sumptuous, totally in keeping with the building. It's located on the edge of the old quarter, so it's possible to walk to major attractions. The dinner menu was creative fusion food, wine recommendations from the waiter good, and it was the only breakfast I had in Georgia that featured sparkling wine!

Would have liked to see coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

This is exactly the Boutique Hotel. We have never met with any other guests. So we had almost personal breakfast service. Breakfast was standard continental (eggs, jam, ham, butter croissants, coffee etc.), but with Georgian spirit - sparkling wine and old-fashioned furnishings, paintings and utensil. One day our breakfast was even accompanied with piano player. On arrival date we've been late on breakfast, but nevertheless we enjoyed it in full! 10/10 for breakfast. Rooms were tidy and were cleaned every day. Generally consistent with photos, but not very big. Stuff was polite and very attentive. We have bought a wine in local winery (not in the hotel). And the next day after room cleaning we found a packaging accessories and scissors on the table so we could safely deliver the wine to home. We also enjoyed wine degustation in the hotel and bought few bottles of wine in the hotel. I would recommend to try amber wine. There was a lovely restaurant in the hotel with live piano music on the evening. So we preferred to dinner at the hotel. I would recommend dolma to try. It is better than in the city restaraunts.

Rooms are not so big. And windows are so small (we had standard room). Bathroom is not very modern. But there is no big deception and everything is exactly as on photos. So in line with expectations

highly recommended exceptional experience in Tbilisi, definitely 💯 recommend real boutique hotel in the nicest possible way helpful, caring, helping and really kind people - all of them start with maids and up to owner wonderful restaurant always clean and made room we stayed in junior suite- it’s a spacious, beautiful room with a balcony and nice view. it’s a little noisy because it’s next to the street but it’s just amazing place to spend time we were celebrating our wedding and they gave us a bottle of wine in our room as a present there is piano player during the breakfast and endless champagne 😁 they know how to set guests for a good day

Delicious breakfast, beautiful historical building and decoration, good view from the window, powerful air conditioner, and sofisticated staff. It would have been perfect if there had been a plug to fill the bathtub with water. Also, I wasn't able to close the window blinds.
