The location was perfect for our needs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In general the unit was clean. Easy access and good parking. Laundry facility available.

The unit must have been used by a young male. The room had a standing smell of a typical young teenage boy’s room. One of the walls had a hole at the back of a door, exactly where a doorknob is. The staff was quick helpful and provided some duct tape for a DIY fix. The mattress was a bit too soft/worn. There are people who probably don’t mind.

The whole motel was immaculately clean. Our room could not be faulted. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of items in the kitchenette for us to have our breakfast etc in-house. There is a hair-dryer and iron in the room. The pool has a spa and an awesome big shade over that whole end of pool. It was a very relaxing place. Even though it was by the highway, you couldn't hear the noise in the rooms. It was close to everything you need. Only 6 minutes to Chermside shopping centre. I would highly recommend this motel. We will be booking it again. It's great value for money.

I couldn't find fault with this motel for the money we paid.

My wife and I stayed 2x nights due to my wife needing a serious medical procedure at a nearby hospital. During the booking process, I liaised with the Motor Inn Management and informed them of our visit and I made some request so as to make my wife’s stay and recovery less stressful.. The Management were so obliging with my requests and were fully caring. We had a quiet large room with a balcony, which enable my wife to rest up comfortably. The Motor Inn is very clean and all staff (including the room cleaners) were absolutely fantastic. The King Bed was super comfy with lush pillows. Even though close to the Bruce H’way, the room was quiet and did not cause any disturbance at all. In Summary: - A lovely Motor Inn, a grand location and fantastic staff. Thank you .

We stayed at this motel in Brisbane for one night on our way to Toogoom. It was convenient and served its purpose as a quick stopover. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basics we needed. The pool was a great bonus—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a quick dip to relax after a day of driving. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. While it wasn’t overly fancy, it was a good option for a short stay. If you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly place to rest for the night, this motel does the job well.

Reception was super friendly, and kind. Room was comfortable (sofa bed mattress as expected, but not the worst). Very clean and well maintained. Nice communal area with fridge near pool. Lots of easy to access parking. Close to northgate station and shops just down the road. Very low traffic noise and very private too, even though straight off the main road. We'll stay again and recommend to other's for the price and comfort ratio. Very happy 😊

Maybe could improve with just an extra layer of mattress comfort on the sofa bed.. but definitely not the worst sofa bed mattress we've used.

We stayed at this motel due to its relatively close proximity to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The motel had free car parking, was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The motel is situated on Gympie Road, which is a very major, busy road in Brisbane, so traffic noise did not stop, even in the early hours of the morning. Having said that, we were in Brisbane and that is expected.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. There were ample free car parking spaces, and checkin was smooth. I requested a receipt by the Booking.com app, and it was supplied in a timely manner.

My apartment was a disability apartment, and it had rails and a shower chair in the bathroom. However, the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, making it slippery. I believe the bathroom would be more functional if it had non slip mats or grout on the tiles.

The staff were friendly and the room was big and quite comfortable. I booked a room with a small balcony, which was a nice and quiet place to sit in the evening. The air-con worked well and kept the room nice and comfortable. Even though the motel is beside a very busy road, I couldn't hear any traffic noise from my room or balcony. Each room has a dedicated car parking spot, so no problems with car parking. There is a big shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away, which has 1 cafe that does a decent breakfast and coffee. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes drive away.

The smoke / gas detector in my room had been covered with a plastic bag, not sure why, but that's the way I found it. Not very reassuring.

It was very clean and comfortable and had the little things that makes the stay nice, tea and coffee and bowls etc to give the kids cereal. Also I like that it had ceiling fans and air conditioning plus windows you could open to get a fresh breeze. Amazing how many motels don't have that and it makes you feel claustrophobic.

A lot of road noise as it's next to a busy road, pack ear plugs. It's still a good place to stay.

Staff were friendly check in was prompt. Only stayed overnight. Room served its purpose and was clean, had a good sleep. Carseldine shopping precinct is a 15 minute walk for shopping and food, with a Thai restaurant nearby. Good value for what it is.

Location was ok and would suit some travellers, but was a bit out of the way for me.
