Location was absolutely perfect. Right next to the Princess Theatre where my partner and I were attending a concert, as well as a huge variety of small restaurants on the other side in the Princess Plaza. Short 15 minute walk to a street full of larger restaurants and markets over the weekend! 90% of things were within walking distance. The parking was secure and easy to get in and out of, and getting the tickets validated by staff was super quick and easy too. The room was a good size, very clean and cozy. The bathroom was amazing and had a nice spacious shower. Good water pressure and lighting as well. Beds were super comfortable too!

The toilet paper was positioned at a bit of an awkward angle and you had to reach backwards to get to the roll while using the toilet 😅

This trip to Brisbane was for medical reasons and our usual place next to the Wesley Hospital was booked out and this was the closest available room at a reasonable price. That said the front counter staff were just so caring and helpful and a nice happy face to greet us was beautiful. We travelled from regional QLD and although only a short 3 hour drive it was nice to be treated with a bubbly young lady when we checked in late at night. The room was clean comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the location . Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Maybe more lighting around the back car parking but our stay was enjoyable so I can’t find any fault.

Comfortable bed, silent environment, good room temperature and darkness in the morning time (all these characteristics were very important to us as we slept in three different hotels that were noisy, had a lot of light in the morning or the bed was too hard). Amazing service: Elias, the guy at front desk, was extremely kind and he made sure we had a wonderful stay. We did not have breakfast there as we prefer going to a coffee shop. Tip: We found echo and bounce shop nearby and had a delicious bagel and hand made orange juice.

Room is maybe a bit small if you have lots of luggage but is ok for few days.

The location was great as we were seeing a show at the Convention Centre. There are a number of very handy cafes and restaurants close by and we were concerned as our room was on that side of the hotel however we heard very little noise when we were in the room - the soundproofing is great. The staff were great, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was not being able to eat much at the buffet breakfast. I am gluten and dairy free and a lot of the cooked food was cooked in butter. It would be wonderful if they cooked the breakfast in light olive oil or something similar for those of us dairy free

Clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was visiting from out of the country as my brother was in the last stages of hospice care. It is walking distance to the Mater with SEVERAL nice restaurants, small grocers and pubs nearby. It is also walking distance, or short Uber? to South Bank. I heartily recommend Boos Kitchen for outstanding Thai. The staff was compassionate and there is breakfast for a price. Another item worthy of note: the bathrooms! Sink was small, however our room (king) had a LARGE walk in shower with handheld. Handicap accessible with a shower chair available, as needed. The water pressure was amazing, and just what was needed after our many emotional days. My partner is almost 6'5", and it was nice the shower was tall enough for him to stand. That is not often the case.

There is breakfast, and it is nice. However, at $25 per person per day, one would need to be a hearty eater to make it worthwhile. We often went to Fables Cafe next door. Good food, coffe, and a much better value for the money. Also NO IN ROOM MICROWAVES. That is not normally a deal breaker, however, as we were not in town for a vacation, it would have been a LOT more affordable to heat takeaway or frozen meals. The trip was quite expensive, as we had little forewarning. A microwave and ice would have helped with cost/convenience.

I loved how this hotel was presented, proximity to the princess theatre, women’s only bath house and day spa, cleanliness (super clean!), comfy bedding, ice cold water fountains for your drink bottles are on every floor and having some of the old school hotel quirks like a printed hotel compendium and foxtel to scroll through on the tv. Overall this was a great stay and for my mum who has a disability, we felt supported and well looked after. Thank you!

I wasn’t a fan of the lifts and feel like they need some TLC to run smoother

Hotel provided early check in at no extra cost, which was amazing and helpful to feed and settle our baby. The request for a cot was fulfilled and he slept very comfortably. Parking was ample behind the hotel. Air con was powerful, shower pressure was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and had great amenities.

The bedding wasn't the most comfortable; sheets were loud and stiff and pillows were uncomfortable. Closer attention needs to be made with cleaning the bathrooms. The shower grout is colourful in places it shouldn't be. Back entrance had steps so weren't accessible for a pram so we had to walk through the carpark to the entrance.

Loved the location right next to the Princess Theatre. I finally twigged onto why the name is Hotel Diana 😄 Very clean and comfortable and quiet. Everything in its place and working order. Great shower and really good lighting too. I liked the filtered water stations located near the lifts so you could top up your own drinking bottles. Smooth and efficient check in and out. Great staff.

Really hard to pick anything, but probably the strong smell of bleach on arrival but that passed pretty quickly - we did arrive bang on check in time after all. Plus, a great sign it’s clean.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We had to stay due to be near the Children's Hospital. Great location for that and alot of access to restaurants and takeaways near by to make it easy to feed a family even with a sick child. Rooms are big and comfortable. The beds are great. Free parking is a bonus (although it is always a tight squeeze!)

I think last time we had a renovated room. That bathroom was quite different this time. My daughter could not shower as she had to step up and into the shower (not possible post back surgery), the older style bath/ shower design. Not a deal breaker but the renovated bathroom was nicer and easier if you have mobility issues.

Perfect location for a visit to a specialist at QCH. I was really pleased with the quality, cleanliness and size of the King room for the cost. We stayed with a newborn child and we could fit all our stuff in the room including pram. I was also happy to discover that the tap got properly hot so we could wash our baby's bottle and other bits and pieces. Really comfy bed with proper pillows that didn't deflate too. The shower was also really spacious, with great water pressure in the rainwater shower head and quickly gets hot. Parking was also super easy in the princess carpark.

Only tiny nitpicks are that the buffet breakfast closes too early - 9am just ended up being tricky for us to get to, but not a drama since there are a few cafes up the road. And I'd recommend bring your own soap for the shower if you're sensitive to fragrance as the supplied soap is really intense.
