The staff, ,especially the front reception person, were very polite and helpful. The location was great and the bus stop out the front and the Brisbane River ferry terminal in close proximity made it easy to get around Brisbane.
There was quite a bit of noise coming from the upstairs apartment during the night which disturbed our sleeping. There were works during the day but that was ok as we understand that maintenance and renovations are required and tools make noise. There is uneven paving along the grounds perimeter path between the reception and the main road and no path lighting, there was someone lurking in the darkness which makes it a bit scary as well as being a tripping risk.

Convenient to the hospital where I had a procedure. Good facilities for convalescence. Laundry and large shower were a great help under the circumstances.
Getting in was a hassle. They send you one of those on line check ins, where you do the data entry instead of someone who knows the vagaries of the program. I filled it in OK. I was ill, which didn't help. The email with the code did not arrive (yes I checked my junk mail). There is a number for the manager on the door, which we entered and after a while the call was answered. The lady tried to give me the code but the speaker distorted her high voice and I could not understand her. Ultimately a gentleman came on line and I was able to understand him and get in. They phoned me soon after to make sure all was well. They were let down by two bits of technology that didn't work, and I know it wasn't their fault, but the technology is useless if it doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

Great location. Good sized apartment with everything you could need available for a comfortable stay. Nice to be able to sit on the great sized balcony and watch the world go by. Staff were lovely. Checking in (after hours) and check out were seamless. Fantastic communication... Much appreciated. Great to have a parking space which was easy to locate. Plenty public transport close by if needed including a stop for the river cat at the bottom of the street. Building felt very secure. Would recommend and would return for another visit.
Would have been good to have two sets of keys as it was not always easy to coordinate timings and meant we were slightly restricted in going out separate ways. Perhaps I should have requested them prior to our arrival because when I asked at reception they were unable to provide them. The pool and the gym were fairly small. However they were adequate for our needs and well maintained.

Extremely well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Lovely balcony overlooking the park and the pool. Had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of plates, utensils, cutlery and anything you could think you might need, it was in there! Lovely sized apartment with plenty of room, internal laundry (not that we used it), nicely set out for two people, comfortable bed and a great shower! Location was great, right on the river and took is about 30 minutes to walk to Suncorp Stadium (which is why we were there). Beautiful bird life in the park adjoining the property which we took great pleasure in watching and listening to each morning! Wifi was great (not that we were in the room much) and we had our own parking space in the undercover carpark. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!
The bed was basic but still comfortable enough although an updated bed would be nice as it felt a bit 'budget hotel' and the apartment definitely wasn't a cheap option.

The location was good for catching trains and or the ferry. Was close to Toowong Shopping Village for shopping and restaurants. The room had a very large balcony so was good to go outside to see the river and city lights.
There was only 1 air-conditioner in the living area for the whole 2 bedroom unit so was bit warm at night time. There was only a small fry pan in the kitchen so trying to cook breakfast for 3 made it time consuming.

Nice view overlooking mature trees (considering its virtually inner city), surprisingly quiet and private, very central location. 1 minute walk to riverside walkway, very close to Toowong Village. Secure offstreet parking (height limited to 2.4 from memory). Very helpful and friendly front of house. New washing machine, dryer…cable TV and aircon in the lounge area. Zero noise from neighbouring units.
Presume some of these these units are owned and outfitted by private investors…furniture is clean, but minimum quality, supplied cookware is rather limited and standard Dollar Shop fare. I guess most guests opt to dine out. Oven hadn’t been cleaned (someone really, really liked their fish fingers!)…kettle was non-functional…all remedied by host…but still…a bit disappointing.

Reasonably quiet. Good location to the event we were attending.
Furniture was not very comfortable; ( the beds and the couch) it was very budget compared to another unit we stayed there last time. Not very clean as well. Oil was caked around the cook top controls. This unit could do with a refurbishment to todays standards.

This was a very comfortable and convenient place for three adults in Brisbane visiting family for a significant birthday party. Air conditioning (a must in this city) and the beautiful view out over the River made it special. We only had three nights there but feel a longer stay would have allowed us to enjoy the facilities of the property and local attractions more fully.
We found two minor maintenance items: The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working, and The slats on the bed base in the main bedroom had detached but we were able to fix that without seeking help from staff. Without those small maintenance items I would definitely have given the property a 10!

the smoke alarms really go off when you are trying to cook. Maybe include an electronic system where you can turn down the smoke alarms without waving your arms wildly to stop the noise. I have seen such systems in other apartments.

Close to public transport, free parking in a secure Carpark, close to shops and has a great view of the river and city.
If you are staying longer you will need toilet paper, if you would like to use the pool there was only 1 towels provided per person with none around the pool as spares. The dishes weren’t clean and had coffee stains in the cups but there is a dishwasher and dishwashing tablets/liquid provided.
