I rescue and rehome German Shepherd Service Dogs. This day I rescued one whose owner had past away and the Pup was a nervous wreck so much so that he had a few accidents from his distraught and confused situation. The Staff were of great help early inn the morning. I felt a littler embarrassed, as I had never had one react this way in eight years and I was worried the staff might be upset with me even after I cleaned up the hall where the pup was sick. I reported it immediately to the front Desk Clerk who put my worry at rest. I can only say thank you and that the Pup has a new home with a Disabled Veteran.

Room is spacious and fit for family with two kids.Breakfast is good . Only suggestion to keep some banana for vegetarian . Non-veg options are really very good . Drinks section was out of service which May happens occasionally. But some fruits other than orange would be greatly appreciated

All good for my stay

I liked the convenience of the interstate being nearby. I enjoyed dealing with most of the people. I thought that the room was very clean.

I could not get comfortable in the bed nor in the chairs. U was not fond of the noise from the room above me, walking around. U was not fond of the breakfast selections.

Breakfast was very good - probably the best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had. Most are all the same pretty much -- this one was very good.

Having the bed made up every day would be great. Staying multiple nights we didn't expect clean sheets every day but it would have been nice to have the bed made. We made it ourselves. I guess we could have requested this service. Towels were changed out daily.

The breakfast was great. Location was great. Hotel was new and clean. Staff was friendly.

We requested adjoining rooms way ahead of time. Did not get them. The pool was really cold for our little one and us. The hot tub was warm, not hot and heater went out during the night so when we attempted to use it the next morning it was cold. I would suggest doing the pool cleaning/chlorinating earlier in the day. The pool was closed until 5 on a Saturday. When you pay that much for a room, all services and requests should be ready to go when guests check in.

Staff was great at check-in. They were extremely busy but made every effort to get every quickly checked-in. Clean staff was also very busy during turnover but was working quickly to get rooms cleaned in a timely manner. Loved the pan cake machine at the breakfast line.

I wish we could have had an early check-in option; we wanted to get dressed for a wedding at 4:00 PM. Parking was a little confusing, primarily because of the snow piles.

Building was remodeled recently so everything was fresh. Especially liked shower and bed.

Mediocre breakfast, phone did not work, minimal housekeeping and small tv’s

Outstanding desk support! My son lost his tooth and the housecleaning staff helped us find it. Also, they made sure we had a room that would work for our family’s needs. Everyone was so wonderful!

We appreciated the breakfast and the size of our room made it more comfortable for our family to move about. At no fault of the hotel, we had a child get sick which made our stay not super enjoyable, but having a laundry room so accessible was hugely helpful and the staff were very understanding and kind about it.

Pool was fun for kids, and it stayed open until 11!. The front dest staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were soft after a day of driving. Breakfast pleased everyone!

The pullout bed was a little smaller than anticipated.
