Wow! This place nailed it—far enough from town to be peaceful, but close enough to walk if you’re feeling energetic (or just hop on the courtesy bus, because why not?). The views were incredible, especially from my free upgraded room—yes, I’m living the good life. The bar was dangerously convenient, the pool was spacious enough to swim off all those drinks, and the staff were so helpful, I nearly packed them in my suitcase to bring along on my travels. This hotel ticked every box for my Flash Packing needs. Next time I’m in Sapa, you’ll find me right back here, living the dream. 😎

If you really push me to find something negative, I guess I could say the heated indoor pool at this 5-star luxury hotel—sitting at Indochina’s highest point, mind you—could’ve been just a tad colder. You know, because luxury problems are a thing. 😉 But seriously, if that’s my biggest gripe, you know this place is top-notch.

Pao's Sapa is a great hotel through everything. The lobby is beautiful and you feel very welcome. There are a lot of seating possibilities in case you need to wait and the staff is very helpful and nice. The room is very spacious, featured a couch and had a balcony with a nice view - ours especially for the sunrise. The beds were comfy, the bathroom big enough and everything was very clean. The breakfast is great and features a lot of options - for vegetarians and europeans as well as for asians.

The location of the hotel is a 10 minutes walk from / to Sapa on a narrow and partly steep road. From time to time you will need a Taxi, but they offer a shuttle to the city center of Sapa every two hours. The Spa area could be bigger and/or offer some free activities like a Sauna or something.

There were ton of greeneries at the property and I loved it. The view from the restaurant is also stunning. For its price range, I think it’s a steal. The staff is very accommodating, they asked about how are room is, and when we gave a feedback that it’s not as clean as we hope it would be, they rushed into our room to clean it thoroughly. I love how quickly they reacted, and how much care they provide for their customers.

The interior finishes looks dated. A lot of the interiors inside the room seem worn and torn. You can see the edges of the wall are already chipping. The tiles, the grouting and the laminates are already tattered. The phone in our room is not working so we always have to go down the reception whenever we have questions.

Our two rooms are ver far apart. Surrounding areas around the hotel is very dirty, dusty and full of debris. The hotel is opposite the cemetery

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff and impeccable service. We reached Sapa way before the check in time, Ngoc Quyen gave us options to pay for early check in or freshen up ourselves at the shower facility near the indoor heated pool. We chose the latter and he was equally helpful to serve us. He even went beyond his way to let us know the best route when we asked for direction to visit Fansipan. Totally recommending this hotel and Quyen is a gem!

We probably visited at the wrong time of the year, it was extremely foggy. But this is not the hotel's fault, just that we also couldn't take nice picture around or visit Moana Cafe right next door. Oh ya, did anyone mention this hotel is right in front of a cemetery mountain?

The location is superb, close to Moana Sapa and within walking distance from the centre. We loved the breakfast here, so many tasty options. They also have one of the best hotel views I’ve seen. I would definitely recommend this place

The hotel was a bit cold when we go there and it was freezing at the restaurant but nobody was expecting such bad weather so not the hotel’s fault. They actually brought us a heater the second day as our room was also cold. We also couldn’t use the swimming pool because although it was heated, it was freezing in the basement

The location is great, a bit outside of Sapa town which we liked (away from the crazy traffic). Quite a few restaurants nearby the hotel as well. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to Sapa town and some cultural/tribal exhibits in the lobby. The room and bathroom is very spacious. The balcony view facing the mountain is great. Breakfast offers a wide range of local and international dishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The walls seems not very sound proof- can hear the noisy neighbours or ppl in the hallway in the middle of the night.

We spent two nights at the Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The weather was sadly cloudy so we couldn’t go up on Fansipan mountain but the staff had suggested alternative adventures and helped us book a waterfall tour. We also did a village trekking with a guide. One afternoon we had a massage and a facial at the spa which was heavenly. I highly recommend this hotel if you. Visit Sapa. It’s a bit outside of the town center (still walking distance but they also have a shuttle), which we liked because it is quiet. The view of the rice terraces is supposed to be beautiful but sadly we saw very little of it. Just a bit unlucky with the weather, nevertheless we had a fabulous time! Thank you to all the lovely staff.

We received a free upgrade from a Premier Deluxe room to the Suite and it was beautiful! Definitely the largest room we ever had and the toilet itself was crazy in size. Amenities were excellent and the views from the patio was jaw dropping. Breakfast was great but could be crowded at times so try to head down at about 9 to avoid the earlier crowds. The free shuttle to Sapa town was very much appreciated too.

It was all very very good and staff were very attentive too. Only gripe could be the crowded breakfast area but that could be due to local tourists coming to Sapa on a weekend. Weekdays were much quieter and more pleasant though.

The room is just nice. For a deluxe with King bed, it's spacious & with a balcony facing the valley is just wonderful. There's no bathtub in our room which is ok as we don't need one. With a safe box, it's convenient for us. The front desk staff Quyen, Minh Duc & Pham Thuy Dung are exceptional. They go beyond their duties to assist us. Especially Quyen. Quyen recommended us to a nice pizza place for dinner. Quyen & Pham also suggested and showed us how to get their local mobile SIM card when our roaming data had some issues. Thanks to all of them. Not to mention that all the staff from the security guard to the bell boy and restaurant waiters & waitresses are very polite and courteous.
