We had the Queen Suite, very spatious, very clean, very friendly, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Thankfully, because we have picky kids that never want the same things at the same time! We originally done everything online, very fast very easy, no issues. We actually wound up extending our stay because everything was so nice we just weren't ready to leave! When we did, we extended in person, again simple, no issues. Both check in and check out receptionists were so nice, and helpful. I do not remember their names, but it was the same 2 the whole time we were there and they were great! The beds were SO comfortable, thank you guys for an amazing stay! Good customer service is hard to find these days, and they definately excelled!

Loved everything!

We never ate breakfast that morning. We stayed in the handicapped accessible king size room and it was great except one thing. The bed was up so high there is no way a person in a wheelchair could possibly get on that bed if they are alone. I wasn’t wheelchair bound and my husband literally had to get on the other side of the bed so I could grab his hand and pull myself up on the bed. Also it had nothing to do with being overweight! I just can’t climb stairs very well and needed a shower not a tub/shower because of a back injury.

The only thing is get the bed lower.

Check in was fast, pleasant. Room was clean and adequate for our needs.Breakfast was excellent and we especially enjoyed the person tending breakfast.

There was something broken in one of the beds making a noise as you moved. By the time we discovered what was making the noise it was quite late and our belongings were already unpacked. In the morning I reported the problem and was told someone would check on it right away. We repacked our things, loaded our car, ate breakfast and were ready to leave and no one had been to the room yet. No apology for a problem, no offer of compensation. I feel like for the price we paid we should have had a quiet, comfortable sleep. Short of that, there should have at least been so sort of sincere apology for not giving us that kind of restful night.

Ease of booking reservation thru booking.com. Room came with fridge and microwave. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. A/C Heater unit in room was quiet. Very roomy.

For the price, the property was as I had imagined. Wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it. It was not the most up to date in decor and functionality, but it was comfortable. Was not able to comment on the included breakfast because we did not partake in it.

Well I didn't know it was under construction when I made reservation until I got there that was the worse part The room we got first was great but the fridge was not working. had to move This room was nice also but had a leaking faucet in shower so you could hear it drip and the screen on window was hanging off. Staff was great room clean great breakfast

Our stay was great and comfortable! The hot breakfast was delicious and Autumn was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure we had plenty of food. All of the staff was super friendly!

Our only complaint was the floor of our room could have been cleaner. It wasn't bad enough to make us never want to stay there again, but definitely could have been better.

It was quiet, the beds were comfy and clean. The floor was clean. The staff were nice, the breakfast wasn't bad.

The tub drain had matted hair in it that I had to clean out before my son could take a bath.

The staff was very polite quick easy check in and out.

There was used towels in our bathroom hanging on the back of the bathroom door and a wash rag on top of the shower curtain. The bar soap and lotion was used that was in the bathroom. There was loud guests in the room next to us screaming obscenities at midnight and after.

Easily accessed by car. Welcoming, very clean, comfortable room + very courteous & professional staff!

Very guest friendly. Night front desk clerk (congenial fellow) had a warm & welcoming personality. Breakfast manager was a very warm & friendly lady who presented a wide variety of great breakfast items!

Great location! The staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the price was great. The free breakfast was really good also.

If I had one “complaint” it would be the water pressure could’ve been a little better. It wasn’t bad by any means, but a stronger pressure would have been preferable.
