Friendly staff and room was decent. We had a close door entrance & exit to side of building which made it easier. Right across from a gas station with decent selection of late night snacks, beverages and hot foods so you can bring back to the hotel to relax. Bed was nice & comfortable, I normally don't get much sleep in hotel beds but it was different this time. Breakfast was decent and good selection. Quiet and not too much noises.

Down side is that I don't care for hotel pillows, they should invest in some better ones or something. But that is on me, I probably need to start using my own from home. The area didn't have much going around, you had to travel 15-20 to get places. The last thing I would say is that since the gas station is across the street, it is also a truck stop, so you will hear some trucks going and coming.

It was clean, updated and comfortable. We had a king sized room with lots of space. The entry space between the door and the inside wall was recessed so you could get your luggage in without a struggle. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower!

Oh my… the breakfast! It was cold even at 8 AM. The biscuits were cold but could be heated in the microwave. The gravy was cold. Children were grabbing bacon with bare hands (but that is on the parents, not the hotel). The dining space was small. The walk-in shower was narrow and the holder for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was awkwardly place. Definitely not a deal breaker, just poor design.

The staff was incredible, the hotel was so clean, and the breakfast was very good.

It would have been perfect except for the mattresses, they were hard as a board. I could not sleep on them at all. The sweet girl at the desk found me a chair in the lobby and drug it to my room at 3 in the morning. I slept in the chair for 3 nights. I love your hotel & I had 6 other family members reserve a room also. But unless something changes with the mattresses, (maybe a nice topper?) I will not be able to stay there again, and that is unfortunate.

The only thing this time was the man checking us in was not very friendly however he did his job efficiently. All the other times I have stayed here before, two times in May for multiple days to be close to hospital for last stages of life for a friend, all the staff were exceptional, friendly and smiling.

Loved the professional modern look. Just stayed overnight. There was a sign in the room that stated the price of items in the room. I thought that was a clever way of stating this is how much you will pay for items taken. I loved the pillows so instead of just taking them I requested to buy them and ended up buying 2 of them for $17.50 a piece. I thought that was nice that purchasing items was a choice. Super comfy pillows.

Although helpful, the lady at the front desk seemed like she was bothered by my request.

The hotel was tucked away in a quiet part of the city. Not too busy and felt safe. It was about 10-15 min from all major attractions on lookout mountain and within half an hour or less of attractions closer to the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and there were several hot and cold options. We also enjoyed the pool.

Our body wash bottle was empty, it was kinda frustrating to find out halfway through my shower that I didn't have body wash. Sheets weren't in the room for the pull out sofa bed. I was too tired after traveling to go search for them, We just used a blanket for a mattress cover. We went for breakfast at 845 and put our belongings in our vehicle. We came back to find our room being cleaned for the next person, checkout was posted to be at 11. We didn't have access to our room until 11.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great location and the staff was very professional. I enjoyed my stay.

The carpet outside the rooms looked a little dingy and had a weird smell. The breakfast could have been a little better. The bacon was super thin and didn't like the powder eggs. Not a variety of options for breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were provided fresh towels each day. Free parking and easy access to both downtown Chattanooga and the touristy attractions. The hotel is also pet friendly.

The breakfast was pretty basic. There was a pancake machine, powered eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, bagels and white bread for toast. There were instant grits and oatmeal packets, yogurt and assorted juices, coffee and tea. It was all processed foods and the only fresh fruit was some sad looking apples. We ate it each day as it's nice to save a few bucks on breakfast if you can. Especially, if you have kids.

Did not have breakfast. Left before 6:00 AM. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff (1) was friendly & efficient.

2nd time I have left this complaint... the dog park needs work. The gate lock doesn't work properly. There is an opening in one corner. A park bench stands on end blocking the opening. No bench to sit on now. We stay in this hotel because it's dog friendly. Please repair this.
