We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the beginning of April. We received a warm welcome and were given lots of information about Bruges as well as recommendations for eating out in the area. Turns out there is a fantastic restaurant right next door to the hotel which is worth booking for a meal. Bedroom was lovely and was very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent. Eva was fantastic and friendly at breakfast time. She also gave us a great amount of help in booking our train journey back to the airport and even went to the trouble of making up a breakfast package for us as we had to leave early morning. We can't praise Eva and Neils enough for the enjoyable stay we had in their lovely hotel and we wish them all the best in the future. Hopefully we will meet again.

Nothing

I loved everything about the hotel. Not only the uniqueness that was PERFECT, but everything in general. The room (mine was N8) was incredible to me. I felt every day as if it were my own home. Clean, spacious, comfortable…. I would return a thousand times with my eyes closed there. And the staff… always very attentive and very pleasant. Loved every moment there. The place of the breakfast…. EVERYTHING. You are a fool if don’t choose this hotel to stay in Brugge

Nothing. I loved every corner of this place

Superb hotel experience! Excellent location, lovely room, great breakfast & wonderful hosts. Breakfast was a special treat with so much attention to detail that we failed to take it all in at first. The vaulted ceiling in the breakfast room made for a charming atmosphere as we gulped our bottomless capuccinos. We can't say enough good things about our stay.

Leaving was painful. Wish we had stayed longer.

We had such a warm welcome from Eva & Niels when we arrived. The hotel was beautifully presented and the hosts clearly have put a lot of time, thought and effort into the experience they provide their guests. They offer a completely plant based breakfast which was absolutely delicious (we were a group of 1 vegan and 2 non-vegan). The hotel itself is extremely central and the perfect location for sightseeing whilst also being quiet and relaxing. It has a fascinating history which we read about in the information provided in the room but also learnt more from Eva herself. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful and eco conscious decor. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for 7 nights at Hotel Malleberg in June. First of all, the hotel’s location is very central, making it perfect for discovering Bruges and reaching every part of the city easily. The room was spacious enough and air conditioning and ventilation were more than adequate. Additionally, the hotel’s efforts in maintaining cleanliness were very satisfying. The breakfast service was excellent in both variety and quality. The plant-based options were delicious and filling. Above all, the hotel owners and staff offered warm hospitality and made every effort with genuine smiles.

Nothing, all was excellent.

A wonderful place with a convenient location and an underground parking lot nearby. The room was great, with a comfortable large bed. A special pleasure was the hotel’s aesthetic, the lobby is beautiful, you can make yourself a coffee and just sit back enjoying all the little interior details. Very friendly and kind staff - we were given a map and some great tips on what to see. This place has a calm and cozy atmosphere. If we ever come back to this city, we would gladly stay at this hotel again. I can confidently and highly recommend this place❤️

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is quirky and cozy. Very close to the square. Beautiful decor in an historic building.

Breakfast could be a bit more plentiful. Maybe a toaster and selection of jams.

A gorgeous little hotel only a couple of minutes from the main attractions and eateries. Welcomed on arrival by our wonderful host who gave us lots of info about the area. Room was very clean and tidy, little chocolate welcome box too. Beds very comfy and extra bedding available. Breakfast was in the vaulted basement which is gorgeous, food is carefully laid out and lots of home made things there. Eva catered for our gluten free needs, every single thing was delicious and our needs attended to at all times with a big smile. She even ran down the road to give us our water bottle we left behind 😀

Maybe a longer lead for the kettle as we had to put on the floor to use it. Also a shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc.
