We got a room that didn't match the photos and our expectations. We asked to change it, but the hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay there for the first night. However, the next day we were given an upgraded suite which was amazing: lot of light, enough furniture, large bathroom. In general - very clean suites and professional staff. Also, stream sound from the outside.

We received the room at the top floor, which looked as not fully equipped. Since on photos and in other rooms we saw additional furniture such as chair, alarm clock and lamps. Also the room was very dark.

The digs! All comforts and then some in room made for a welcoming environment. We felt well-treated. Amenities all high-quality.

I wish I'd known restaurant hours. Perhaps staff mentioned upon our arrival, but a written announcement in room would have helped a lot. When so much info is exchanged quickly upon a weary traveller's check-in, not much is retained. Also, a list of local sights and eateries would be welcome.

The hotel has a comfortable feel about the place. The rooms are updated,clean,and comfortable beds. Able to walk to shops and restaurants. The in-house restaurant is good as well. Free parking is a plus too.

The rooms and facilities were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way for us as well as we’re happy and kind!

Free breakfast for the price would have been nice

The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly. I loved the room, super cozy, nice, and peaceful. The balcony view of the river was beautiful. There is also alot of restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Definitely will be returning back!

We stayed at the Inn at Saratoga because we were visiting the Mountain Winery which is just a 10 minute drive from the Inn. The room and beds were very comfortable and the small stream next to our our room provided some gentle water sounds all through the night.

Everything was excellent!

Our room was stunning and very relaxing. It was great that we could leave right out of the side of the property to the downtown area.

Didn't like that we couldn't come back in through the side of the building and had to walk all the way down and around. The staff at the front wasn't very friendly or welcoming.

Love it all. The confort, the space, the location, the decoration… it just a few min away from restaurants and coffee so we didn’t have anything to eat at the hotel. But the hotel was wonderful.

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in considering the price range. It is a hidden treasure in the redwoods forest. The location is absolutely incredible - walking distance to the central street with all the restaurants, but yet it is located a bit behind the buildings in a very quiet spot. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean, with a little balcony facing the forest. Very private atmosphere.

We got the breakfast in the hotel for additional $19 per person, buffet style. It wasn’t bad, the place is beautiful, the food served well, but the items were so tiny, that I almost walked away being hungry. For example the portion of the overnight oats is literally 2 tbsp. I mean consider if you are a big man AND want to eat, I recommend going some place else. But if you want to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a delicate taste of croissant, this is a place! I personally enjoyed, but I’m giving it 8/10 because the only choice of coffee they serve is a brewed coffee, having espresso or cappuccino would have definitely elevated the experience.

Quiet and clean room. Enjoyed the balcony and the hotels central location to downtown.

The bed is/was extremely hard. Very uncomfortable.
