Nice room. Nice facilities. Super staff. Night desk a little grumpy but nice. Day people very nice and helpful with ideas as to where to get coffee at 5 am.

No coffee at 5 am. The coffee in the reception cold, and from previous night. Night guy would not go into kitchen and make some. 200/night and no coffee, had to go to 7/11 for coffee and muffins. Work out facilities closed at 5 am. Woke up at 4 am my first night and could not workout. Area a little seedy. Actually saw a street hooker on one morning! Seven eleven people very nice!

Check in was easy, staff was sweet and helpful. The room smelled beautiful! Fresh! I liked that it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfy. The full size mirror was amazing. Wished more hotels had this. The towels were so soft and plenty of them.

I didn't care for the TV, changing the station was oddly slow. Shower was really high and water pressure was not very strong.

It’s a very clean hotel with a friendly and efficient staff. The complimentary coffee in the lobby is hot and fresh. The only thing that concerned me was the $50 fee for a pet for one night. That seems quite high. Otherwise, I have no hesitancy in recommending this hotel to others.

We chose this property for the close proximity to San Jose Airport - 5 minutes! The property is well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our breakfast server on 6/5/23 (Hussain?) was very polite.

Other properties in the vicinity are rundown/boarded up. Not an area for a walk or a vacation destination. Suited our needs because we just needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight.

The facilities are maintained in good condition. The breakfast was very good. Location is convenient to the airport, light rail and restaurants.

Front desk gentleman was rude checking in , need more carts for luggage. Service charge for everything . Called and customer service. Rude.

when I Booking.com they said the breakfast included. but check in they told me don’t have that the second thing is the receptionist said total my price is $151 but they charge on my credit card $174 but not included breakfast so disappointed I’m always stay at Hilton but …..

System for booking the keys were down creating a problem accessing the room - but still a good stay! Things happen!
