Good solid place to stay, the grill/bar is handy with good food choices, nice pool, easy location, comfortable room with frig and microwave, sufficient parking, helpful staff, excellent full hot breakfast, good coffee. Has a 24 hr exercise room with workout equipment.

For my needs not really anything. The hotel is fairly basic, isn't fancy, is somewhat dated, but that was ok with me, didn't need frills,

Breakfast is not included with your stay, but that was not made clear. Sixteen dollars seems a bit high for a continental style breakfast that is free most other places. The fitness center is attached to the pool in a glass enclosure. The humidity, even at 4:30am was almost unbearable. The bathroom was a bit run down and could have used a little more attention to cleanliness.

I did NOT like the parking. I stayed in room 303. Perfect location. There was A SERIOUS CLOG in the shower. NEVER have I ever had water ABOVE MY ANKLES, while taking a shower. Easy fix of course but unexpected. Otherwise the staff, room and hotel was GREAT OVERALL

The room was well set up except the bathroom

The bathroom was far too tight. The bars of the sink were broken because of that and the door hit you every time you sat on the toilet you couldn’t close the door unless you squeezed all the way in the corner of the bathroom yet there was room in the room for the bathrooms have been a foot or more bigger. The Hotel overcharged me by $31 over the fee in my email confirmation and they have yet to fix it.

Our room was not cleaned. Didnt know why? Also, tried to cancel third night, person at desk upon departure was very quip with reply and said we would have to contact booking.com It left a bad impression for our stay. Could have thanked us for staying.

I really liked everything this was my first time being at this establishment and I will definitely be staying here again

Modern decor and looked recently renovated. Location was good. Walmart was right next to it for some last minute shopping for the dorm room. Breakfast was very good and was priced very reasonable. Dining space was spacious with beautiful views. The room rate was really very reasonable as compared to the other hotels in this area.

the location, restaurant, bar were all very nice. Megan, the bartender and breakfast hostess, did a fantastic job! she was knowledgeable, attentive, and greeted us in the morning.

the bathroom needed work. some water damage, grout was gross, the shower curtain bar was leaning down so the curtain kept opening up and letting out water

Outside pet area was on a hill. The pet trash can didn’t have a trash bag in it and there were no waste bags. The coffee was very very weak. The bathroom is small.

Cleanliness, bed/pillow is comfortable, ease of reservation.

Location. Seems to be farther away from UVA than other locations. No discount for patients of UVA Medical Center.
