Beautifully restored hotel.

An awful lot of instructions regarding keys and codes. Very confusing when you arrive alone at 9pm in the dark with a car to park. The thermostat said 19 degrees in the room but I was cold. Very strange. A bar menu in the room but not a drink of any type available. A hotel? I was alone at breakfast next morning. The waitress told me I was the last to arrive (an hour before they were finishing) and I really felt like I was keeping her from something more important. In fact she left me to go to a meeting.

The property was very welcoming and home-like. The staff were friendly and helpful! The food for breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit, various coffees, sweet pastry, cereal, meats, eggs, breads, nuts and many spreads!! The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Location was sublime, close to shops and bars.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and food was also good. Bed comfy and bathroom facilities were good. Useful to have a fridge in the room (mini bar). Courtyard was well furnished and nicely laid out.

No in room facilities for hot drinks. Car park was less than 5 mins away in a private open area via a gradual gentle slope. Car park was barrier controlled with up to 10 parking spaces.

We stayed here for second time and even in same room. Room is big, spacious, good bed size, location met our expectations. Hotel has own parking. But first time we little struggle there to find how to come to hotel and parking, but for second time we knew the way ,so it was very easy. Breakfast quite simple, but no complains , since all was fresh. Nice inside yard of the hotel, we could not enjoy during winter stay, but in summer definitely would use it.

Large room, huge shower room, perfect cleanliness. Breakfast is good by local standards.

Very strong audibility in the rooms. In the middle of the night, the roar of some bottles was heard for quite a long time. The feeling that the roar was right under the room or in the room. Difficult access to parking and hotel by car. I had to go 100 meters contrary to the signs. Otherwise, the navigator did not build the path. We made two circles before we were convinced of this.

The hotel was very beautiful, the parking convenient and the breakfast was good. We weren't aware that there was nobody at reception; so we arrived at the hotel without informing about our arrival time. But someone came quickly to check us in. The room was warm (it was raining and cold when we arrived), big and very pretty. Our stay at the Rocco Hotel was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed everything!

Unexpected large room and bathroom with all facilities included. Great inner yard with tables where you can enjoy a drink or even eat a snack. Good breakfast and coffee which starts very early in the morning ( 06.30) which allowed us to eat properly and have our coffee before heading to the airport. Creative way of differentiating the rooms ( by names not numbers). Welcoming host.

Good price-benefit balance. The room was clean. We rented a car and there is a car parking in the building on the opposite side of the hotel.

The breakfast could be more varied. The same food everyday but the croissants were delicious.

Excellent breakfast variety. Evening meals also available some days and this was very nice too. Parking available but a bit of a climb. A beautiful facility in every way. The staff members were very helpful.

The property was well appointed in a small town with access to local amenities, overall a very good experience and will look to book at another time in the year

The radiator in the bathroom had a water hammer noise during the night but other than that the accommodation was well appointed and comfortable
