It was the convenience for my family and me. We needed something temporary and close to the highway and this fit the bill. It was a plus as this hotel has a small kitchen in which I was looking for and our fur baby could also come with us. I definitely will stay here again if needed.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the only thing I can thing of that I wished they had was ice machines. I'm not one for the amenities as this was not what I was looking for but to have ice machines would be a nice added touch.

This is a budget long-stay motel-type facility. It was cost-effective for my business trip, so it was ok.

Because it is cheaper than other hotels in the DC area, they also had some "characters" roaming the hallways at night, and the facilities in general were not updated. The receptionists were ok but one in particular very distracted. The first night I had to change rooms twice since they kept giving me either one with smoke odor or the wrong room that was already with a guest.

The staff were professional and answered most of my questions or gave me resources to get them answered. The property felt safe and quiet, I had no disturbances during my stay.

I didn’t like how I couldn’t be accommodated a extra pillow being as though 1/3 pillows had a stain on it upon my arrival and also one of my lamps didn’t work.

The dayshift, the person who came in on Sunday was outstanding the odor lady. On Saturday night when I ride there was no one at the front desk, a man did come after about 3 to 5 minutes

Not having anyone at the front desk, the person that worked the night shift check in Friday night was not as friendly as the lady on Sunday

We needed a place to stay while we were in transition from one home to another. This hotel was perfect. Reasonably priced, and close to our former home so we could go back and forth during the move. The room was large and comfortable, there was a stove and refrigerator so we saved by not having to eat in restaurants. Good coffee in the morning!

Could have been cleaner.

Week it's great but we were using transport buses. It would be nice to have bus times avaliable

Can't say thier was not only. That you have ask when you arrive for items such as coffee percolator. Bit much after an 11 hour flight

Room was clean and comfortable. staff was pleasant and helpful.

Being an extended stay facility, and after traveling all day, basic necessities should already be in room--coffee maker, at least 2 cups/glasses/plates/bowls/utensils. My only complaint.

Quiet and cozy!

Even they have kitchen, there were nothing dishes on it. Useless kitchen. Expected complementary shampoo and shower gel, but there were not. Breakfast would not be enough. Just muffin and coffee.

The location was awesome. It was so easy to access the buses for the metro trains. While being older, it really served the purpose for us.

The only downside was that the older air conditioner was really loud. For a light sleeper that is tough. It worked to cool the room though.

The rooms were a decent size, comfortable and clean.

I could not connect to the WIFI during my entire stay, and I booked 2 rooms, hoping they would be very close to each other but the hotel wanted to charge me extra to get 2 beds in each room when i had already booked 2 full beds in each room.
