The location of the hotel was amazing. The restaurants, the beach, the stores... like boutiques and more. Everything was in the area, even when I needed to go to the bank, it was close. Even the train station... No complaints.

To be honest, I can't really find anything I didn't like. It was my first time in Italy and I am truly glad it was at Miramare Hotel. I will be a returning guest each time.

Right on the promenade this property is very conveniently located. It has great views and is ideal for strolling along the sea front enjoying the sunrises and sunsets or even just experiencing the vibe of Rapallo. There’s a public beach right nearby and 30+ restaurants all around it, including the in-house Miramare restaurant which is very elegant and has great outdoor seating.

The restaurant/bar in the piazza outside started a dance party with music loud enough to keep us awake which went on past midnight on a Sunday night. We had an early Monday morning start so that was a little annoying. Parking is a lucky draw - if you can find a spot, grab it because it gets full on the street and nearby parking lot, and the hotel doesn’t have its own parking or valet service.

The central location, friendly staff, the happy atmosphere.The view from our room was lovely,and although we were in the centre of the town, it was not at all noisy. We even liked the old style lift! We really enjoyed our stay.

The only, hopefully helpful things we would say is that we would have liked more fruit at breakfast, and for the dinner menu to be a bit more varied. However, we enjoyed all our meals.

The location was wonderful, local to many places. It had a nice breakfast that is included daily. It’s view is perfect, faced the beach. We walked to close by restaurants and nice shopping right outside our hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary so it was nice to come back from dinner to a bottle of champagne on ice and 2 wine glasses. Very much appreciated 🥰. Grazie Mille!

The beds were uncomfortable for both my husband and I. We are not use to two twin beds pushed together.

I really enjoyed the location, air conditioning was freezing and everyone was very nice! WiFi and cleaning service was so nice too! Great value for everything you need and MORE!

Hard to think of any complaint but a better too blanket for the bed would’ve been cozy??

The room was facing the sea with balcony which was excellent. It wasn’t noisy considering it was on a main road. The restaurant served excellent meals. breakfast was simple, choice of hot and cold .food. Staff were very attentive. We chose to visit during the festival, which certainly delivered the wow factor. Our room was in a prime location to see the fireworks each evening. Would return.

Just a little tired. Bedroom Furniture was old. I would say it was one of the older hotels in the resort. The lift was very interesting.

Location was great, right on the water side esplanade, near lots of shops and restaurants. The room was fairly basis but very comfortable. The hotel had one of the old fashioned lifts with the manually operated gates, which we loved. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options.

We travelled by car and finding a park when we arrived was extremely difficult. The staff did not provide much assistance with this, despite there being a large public car park just down the road, which we had to find on our own.

We liked just about everything at this hotel. The staff was over the top helpful. I think it was the best stay on our 21 day Italy tour.

Couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without paying a 5 Euro daily charge.

Location was great! Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options. Room was very clean.

The WIFI was so slow that I couldn’t connect to my work for a matter that needed my attention. When they processed our credit card it was also very slow… they needed to process it twice. If I would have known this, I would have chosen a different hotel. Also, the shower door couldn’t open all the way and we needed to pull it out. The same day, someone came to fix it but he didn’t. Since we stayed for only 2 nights, we didn’t ask them to move us to another room.

Great location in Rapallo. Right on the water. Easy walk to train station, ferry, and all the restaurants. One of our two rooms had a great view of water plus a little balcony. Other room, just an alley view but nice room. Breakfast was amazing! Pretty breakfast room with lots of windows and the attendant made us yummy cappuccinos and lattes!

Very noisy at night from people out on the streets and loud music. Our A/C didn't work very well. A little pricey.
