Great location. 3 min walk to beach and 5 min drive to supermarkets. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, cafes and surf clubs within a short stroll. We stayed in a 2 bedroom rooftop apartment and it had all the facilities we needed for a short family holiday: heated pool, small but we'll equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer, board games, buckets and spades for the beach. Onsite managers were helpful and easy to communicate with via booking.com app or if you bumped into them around the property.

Not a lot we didn't like about this accommodation. However, the styling/decor is slightly dated but everything was very clean and tidy. Like I said above, the apartment had everything we needed for our family holiday.

Looking for a centrally located apartment near the beach for a hastily arranged last minute long weekend getaway, The Burlington stood out from the crowd for its excellent location, onsite security car parking, swimming pool, and being only a couple of hundred meters to the beach, was economically priced compared to similar offerings in the same location. A big 'thank you' to Kevin and Wendy who were excellent hosts and very responsive with their communication and helpfulness. It makes a massive difference knowing you are dealing with friendly, professional people who display a genuine concern and are happy to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Thanks very much once again!

The accommodation is older style in that it could be updated internally in terms of furnishings and interior, however everything you need for cooking your own meals, having an excellent shower or bath, enjoying comfortable lounges to relax at the end of the day and being close enough to shops for provisions (larger shopping centres are a couple of kilometres away, a few minutes by car) override any perceived downside. You are getting a centrally located apartment a stones throw from a beautiful beach (check it on the map) and it is an excellent base to explore the Sunshine Coast, visit Noosa, Eumundi Markets, the ginger and macadamia nut factories, and enjoy the freshest seafood at Mooloolaba Fish Market only a fifteen minute drive away. So really, what's not to like?

The location was great, close to many areas of interest whether to walk or by car, many eateries and the beach. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The unit was cosy and comfortable and perfect spot was a ground unit nearest the pool which the kids loved for a cool off in the afternoon and evening.

It can't be changed but the driveway into the underground carpark, this was steep. The bathroom needed better ventilation and quickly became hot and stuffy even with a quick cool shower.

Nice older style apartment, it was very well kept with a full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry.

it is difficult to walk up the stairs from the underground parking especially with bags. The unit numbers on the ground floor units are really hard to see and at first glance the entrance looks like a back door so we had trouble locating it. We walked around with our bags for quite a while trying to find the entrance to our unit.

i liked that it had a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, slow cooker, oven was microwave. wifi was good and fast enough. walked to beach in morning and that felt great mid winter. close to a great japanese restaraunt too. also had a bath and complete laundry. the one staff member i met was a welcoming guy. three of us stayed here on a work trip and were comfy.

nothing to really complain about. i would have liked some non caffeinated teas in the selection but now i'm getting picky.

The apartment had everything we needed. We were so impressed at how thoughtfully it had been kitted out. Every appliance and item we needed was there and well organised. It was very spacious, had a lovely balcony and a separate dining area from the living room. We saw the owners several times and they were so welcoming, friendly and helpful!

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the carpet wasn't as clean as I would have expected.

I believe i met Kevin a couple of times on site and he was very friendly. Instructions for checking was very easy to follow and the onsite parking was great.

The weather wasn't the best during our short stay so we didn't get chance to use the facilities. Unfortunately the room was cold and we couldn't get our Aircon to work. We stayed in Room 7 and there is a big open balcony outside the door, that meant the cold wind drafted in under the front door and into the room.

This is our second visit and stay here. We will definitely return as this has become a family tradition and our new happy place.

My elderly mother wasn't too fussed on climbing the stairs to our apartment on the second floor. But she did it. Great exercise for her. Next year we'll ask for an apartment on the ground floor. 🙂

The location was great, it was a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the Surf Club which had great meals. The Sunshine Plaza was a 5-minute drive away. The owners were lovely and gave us all the information regarding the nearest supermarket and great restaurants to eat at. The apartment was lovely and clean, however, lacked a few of the most important things such as a bottle opener or pair of scissors - but I would highly recommend The Burlington as a great place to stay and will definitely stay again.

Was okay for us, but for people with mobility issues, there was no lift to the apartments. The garage was underground and was so steep to get down I was scared I was going to scrape the bottom of the car (I didn't), but didn't park in the garage after the first attempt as it was too nerve-wracking, but plenty of parking on the surrounding streets. The apartment was a little cold but there was heating and it didn't really get much sun (but we were travelling in July). Is a little tired, and needs a bit of freshening up such as tiles in the shower were just hanging on and pictures in the living area were damp and had mould on them.

Close to Maroochy Surf Club so great location for surf carnivals. Really close to a great Indian, Bakery and Pizza/Pasta place.

Unfortunately our deluxe apartment with two bathrooms (that I'd deliberately booked due to two bathrooms) was given to another booking so we didn't get what we'd booked. Management did give us a credit to make up for it after we pointed out their mistake.
