Breakfast was fine. It was in a long room, and the glass door where the food bas behind was neat.

The only thing I really did not like was, on the evening we checked in, the downstairs parking garage had us to get a parking ticket. When we took it up, I asked a man behind a counter about it. He said we did not need it, and he took it. Then, the next morning, as we tried to leave from the parking garage, the parking meter/gate mechanism demanded that ticket. We did not have it, so we had to pay an extra $30 dollar fee just to get out, all because that man told us wrong about the parking ticket.

We were in town for my sister's surgery at Vanderbilt. I was concerned that the hotel would not be clean enough post surgery because we had to stay in a digital day and a half after my sister was discharged. But the entire State our room was playing with the facilities were clean, and we even got extra towels washcloths and pillows when we asked for them. The hotel staff is very nice. The only glitch that happened was during our second night, we got locked out of the hotel room because the key card machine glitched. We were standing outside of our room for upwards 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out but still everyone was nice.

I believe you are doing a disservice when I have to pay extra for Parking - it feels like a money grab and that is disappointing. Include parking when I make the reservation as one number or do the right thing and not charge at all. I would spend extra time to find a hotel that did not charge parking. Why not use it as a tool to enhance the search with free parking.

Very well thought out design for the square footage - not something seen too often. The fact that the hot water is indeed, actually hot (greatly appreciated at the kitchen sink, let no dish go unsteamed!) when need be. Shower was fantastic, liked the addition of the grab bars. The addition of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall was a thoughtful feature, though I did not partake of it. The large wheeled oval desk that tucks away beneath the counter served double duty as our dining table - the computer chair and the ottoman served as our seating. The fact that you could watch live television was a bonus and there were many movies to choose from with the addition of showtime, tubi, etc. The 24/7 free coffee was nice. The little convenience shop in the lobby was great. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The parking garage was very convenient and I certainly have no complaints for paying a daily fee for in and out privileges - It’s Nashville. I know that I am leaving a tremendous amount out. Loved the bedside lamps and the numerous outlets at the base of the lamps. One thing I would advise for travelers is to bring an assortment of sizes for trash bags. Line the bins and when they are full dispose of them in a larger bag. I just think that it’s more sanitary and the housekeeping staff have enough to deal with as it is.

Spacious room with great amenities in room and within the hotel as well! The free breakfast far surpassed anything available when staying at other hotels!

The only negative was having to pay $30 a day for parking. If I choose your hotel, parking should be free.

Easy access between downtown Nashville and the property. Room had everything a family needed. Included breakfast options were well prepared. On-site underground parking garage was fine (required additional fee). Housekeeping was great.

Pool water isn’t heated. The A/C fan in the rooms run 24/7, so bring ear plugs if you’re not used to some fan noise.

The breakfast area met every one of our needs. The host deserves a reward for being so pleasant and welcoming; he clearly loves his job and makes you feel right at home! Lots of options (we have a child who is a picky eater) and even he found something he liked.

Elevators were slow considering how many people were staying there. Very inconvenient when bringing luggage up from lobby. Not enough luggage carts for the number of people staying in hotel. No direct elevator access from parking garage to lobby of hotel.

The fact that it was new & opened in Oct 2022 was a major plus. Everything modern, still crisp and clean

Had surprise charges of $30/day plus taxes for parking so it wasn’t as great of a deal as it appeared to be after fees hotel taxes then parking & taxes additionally added. Also, parking area itself had large areas of puddled water so if you were in flip flops or low soles shoes, your feet and shoes got nasty wet because there was no shallow spots where water pooled

The day we arrived their plumbing had issues and no water until 10pm but we weree notified earlier before check-in on the day of about this as well as after we arrived the staff was very nice and gave us a free parking option due to the inconvenience.We appreciated this a lot!

The hotel was very modern and clean. Our one bedroom suite was huge! Breakfast area had a nice indoor and outdoor area. It's also next door to a great coffee shop (Dose). Parking was extra, but very convenient. Will definitely stay here again!
