The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The beds and bedding were very comfortable also. We received a welcome text from the manager that evening, which was unexpected. I was able to relate to him an issue we had bu were ok this evening and he said since we were ok that evening, we could address it in the am. We did have an issue with the shower that night, however, in the am when we told Makala at the front desk, she went above and beyond to ensure we could use another room for a shower before we left if needed.. She also compensated us for the Inconvenience. We felt that overall, they made consessions to accommodate the issue and we would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Check in and out was easy .Hotel was tucked away but not far from food and every other place you may need.

Ac worked but didn’t feel like it was the temperature that was set. Had it on 70 and felt more like 75-77. Only stayed for one night and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Did not call about it bc it was just cool enough

we stayed for a softball tournament. the only downside is if we have very early game start time we dont get to eat breakfast. can there be an option for brown bagging some breakfast to go for the players? when breakfast starts its not possible to eat at the time the hotel opens up for it.

The room was beautiful with everything anyone would need. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in and the pillows were heavenly. The food was fabulous! The view from 6th floor was stunning. The hotel smelled heavenly with no stale smell like other hotels.

Breakfast was not very well and changed our mind to return to the hotel in the future. You ask us to pay for drinks and quality and variety of your breakfast were so poor. We were disappointed unfortunately

The staff were exceptional and very helpful and the location is close to lots of shops and restaurants if you have a car but Uber was also very fast.

Would have liked drinking water in the rooms. Only realised there wasn’t after in pj’s and had to go down to the main lobby next to front desk to get water so had to get changed again.

I paid extra to have breakfast included and still had to pay extra for a cup of coffee. I asked for decaf and it was instant, not brewed. Very disappointed. The TV offered room service, when I called for room service was told there wasn’t any. Need to update your information.

Anything you needed was within the hotel! It was beautiful and clean. It was also out of the way of the main drag, without being too far away from the stores and restaurants! The staff were all super friendly!

Really nice hotel inside. Bar and restaurant very nice. Rooms big bright and comfy. Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't catch the breakfast lady's name but she was Bosnian,very positive and could hear how friendly she was with us and everyone who came in.

Only down side was check in. Have a feeling the girl checking us in didn't actually work on front of house or was new and left on her own. Either way it was a bit rough.

Everything was clean and nice outside if the room and lobby.

The staff who checked me in at the beginning was not friendly and failed to give me my breakfast card and report check out times. My room had ants.
