My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive personnel always ready to assist. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat. It was just 200 meters from the beach, with plenty of supermatkets (SPAR) and restaurants around. It was approximately 2km to the Port D'Alcudia, making for a great walk Additionaly, only 3-minute walk to the bus stop, with buses running every 12 minutes to the center of Alcudia and to the airport (once per hour) We stayed in a room with a beautiful pool view, which was a delightful bonus. I couldn't have asked for more regarding the quality and cleanliness of the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with two kinds of pillows available to suit different preferences. I appreciated that pool towels were conveniently provided in the room without any need for a card deposit. The room keys were conveniently on a bracelet, so you didn't have to worry about carrying or losing a card while going out. The bathroom amenities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The food at pool bar was delicious, and I loved the convenience of having menus available through QR codes. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere by the pool was enhanced by pleasant music, creating a relaxing environment for guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-serviced, and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at THB Bamboo Alcudia! The hotel is very clean, recently renovated, and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere by the pool — quiet, peaceful, and perfect for reading or just unwinding. The staff were super friendly and immediately helped us change our room when the first one didn’t suit us. The only downside was the central air conditioning, which didn’t cool below 22°C and sometimes turned off at night. Other than that — highly recommend!

The suite room really huge and nice. Calm location in front of lake. Reasonable price in the food truck for lunch and pool bar.

We had suite and standard double rooms. The standard room was very small without toiletries, only big bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the bath’s wall,that’s it. Not even body lotion,hair conditioning, hygienic kit,etc. For 4 star hotel I think it’s essential. In suites also some useful stuff are missing,e.g. would be good to have glasses,corkscrew. Food both for breakfast and diner very average. It seems that enough of everything,but in reality very limited choice.

Exceptional hotel. We liked everything: the rooms are great with comfy beds, excellent cleaning, and a quiet, effective air conditioner. You can’t hear anything from your neighbors. The breakfast is simple but fresh and delicious, with plenty of fruits, plus serrano ham and salmon, which was a nice touch. The staff is great; everyone says hello and the reception is super friendly. The swimming pool facilities are excellent. We had a late checkout and were able to use the gym shower, which was very convenient. I even received a birthday gift, which was very kind. The food at the bar is also delicious. The beach is not far away, just a 5-7 minute walk. The hotel is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Good size room. Excellent shower. Predominantly quiet. Basic gym. Nice pool area. Lovely cakes and selection. Pity that although they boldly advertise milkshakes, they don't actually do milkshakes.

Barking dog from house across the road at 2-4am. Eventually went down to reception at 4am and they went to sort out. Breakfast and dinner was priced that did not make it attractive. Probably would have more guests attending if the price was better. Clear notice of what dinner theme is would be helpful. Can hear any noise in the passage way. On one of the days the cleaner left the room floor wet, didn't empty any of the dustbins and took the dirty towels, but didn't leave any replacements. Had to go and find some. Clothing space is great if for 1 person, which I was. Definitely would have proved a problem if my wife came along.

We have now spent one week at the THB Bamboo Hotel and were very satisfied. Manuel, who worked at the reception, deserves special praise. He was very friendly, extremely understanding, attentive, and you can feel that he wants the best for every guest, making a great effort. He sweetened our holiday with his courteous manner. He pays great attention to the guest and makes everyone feel royal. Thank you for making our holiday more enjoyable with your helpfulness and attentiveness manuel!

Very clean and modern hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were very attentive and kind - the manager showed us around the restaurant, explaining how things work (we didn't have dinner in our deal, but we could pay for individual dining). The selection of the food for breakfast was amazing - anything you might think of was there - I could have even made my own virgin mary <3! The bar team was amazing and super friendly, the same with the reception team. We were also offered to leave the luggage (and use a shower) upon arrival as our check-in was in a couple of hours. Overall very positive experience, definitely recommended!

People would 'book' sun beds on their way to breakfast by throwing a towel on them, but wouldn't use them for a couple of hours. More sun beds would be great :)

Rooms were extremely cute and unique. Facilities and breakfast in the hotel were amazing, 2 beautiful pools and lots of restaurant options around.

Walls are paper thin, unfortunately for me this is a deal breaker as I was kept awake late at night/early hrs of morning listening to the girls next door puking after a night out!

Excellent hotel - relaxed ambience, exceptionally helpful staff and brilliant choice at breakfast. All public areas attractive and clean. Great value for money.

Room a little small and hot because air conditioning not yet turned on - wouldn't have been a problem except for Portuguese 'Spring Breakers' outside who were very noisy so leaving door onto balcony open not really an option. Clear glass non solid door to very small WC.

Beautiful clean and friendly

The bathroom situation is a bit odd - a glass door which is shared by the toilet and shower (so the door can only be closed for one of these two things at a time) fine for us as we are old friends , but newer friends or couples that haven't been together very long might find that a little awkward !
