The Lady who checked me in and out was very Helpful. Pleasant, and Professional. The Hotel Manager was "Super Cool" and understanding when I had to leave a day early due to flight issues. He was fair and accommodating and comfortable to deal with. The Hotel has been there a long time, however, is kept up very nice. The rooms were very good, not your typical hotel layout, and I liked the all tile, all wet bathrooms. The room maintenance was top notch, and the restaurant was upscale in food and service. The location seemed to be right on the "beach hub" for the people of Tel Aviv, which sported a beautiful, swimmable beach, with a walkway/bike/scooter sidewalk promenade within a 1 minute walk from the Hotel.
I wish I had known about the parking situation for the Hotel beforehand.I rented a car and parked in the only parking lot next to the Hotel. What I didn't realize is that the Hotel doesn't own the Parking Lot, though a Private Arab man does, who charges Daily to park there. He demanded my keys upfront and to pay him immediately which resulted in some contentious moments that could have been avoided. We peacefully resolved the matter after the situation was understood and we had good relations after that.

It was great staying there: the location is almost perfect, very close to the beach and to main things to see in Tel Aviv. The staff working there is just awesome: thank you for so much support and attention. Breakfast is pretty decent, includes a lot of different dishes and is enough to keep you fueled till lunch.
If you have a room facing the street, it’s going to be noisy. There does not seem to be any sound isolation from the street. The bathroom is not the most convenient: it just floods the whole floor with water. I had a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, but for some reason they did not work. And, on top, one night at 03:00 AM someone turned on music in the hall :) Loud enough to keep you up.

Clean, sustainable, the floor in the bathroom isn’t slippery. Location is the best. Liked the design, the location is 100%. Sustainable - no excess use of plastic. The soaps and the shampoo were in built-in bottles. We got the sea view, which was perfect.
No blackout curtains. Was a non-problem for my spouse but it bothered me. No Hotel’s parking- they use parking services from a place nearby. Wasn’t a problem for us- wasn’t a peak season and everything we needed as a walking distance. Excellent location, if you have no problem walking for 13 min.s each direction.

The location is fantastic—just a minute from the promenade and bus stops, in a very safe and quiet area. The staff were wonderful, especially Saher at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety to suit all tastes. My only minor issue was with the coffee, which wasn’t quite to my liking.1
A payment was taken from my card ahead of check-in, and it took a month to get it refunded. Either take the full amount upfront or wait until check-in—this partial charge caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The receptionist was great! He offered us a room upgrade against a minimal fee. He invited us to a free breakfast and generally speaking he was trying and accommodating all our requests almost immediately! The rooms we got were very clean and comfortable. All the staff was fantastic and super polite and efficient! Breakfast has been great, as well! We will definitely go again when we will visit Tel Aviv again! Thank you very much!

The hotel is really good. I come here every year and will do it in the future for sure. The location is fantastic, across the road you will see the Tel Aviv beach. Super friendly stuff, they can help you in many many cases. Special thanks to Vlad, Vitaliy and Antonina. I can suggest to book it with a breakfast, having a breakfast with this view will make your experience more cozy. By the way it is pretty cool, especially their Shakshuka. Near hotel there is a parking. And you can have a small discount from the reception.

I have been a guest at Prima Tlv several times and each time found it a lovely place to spend a few days there It is situated 2 minutes walk away from Frishman and Gordon beaches And a short walk to the buzzing center in Dizinghoff street The hotel itself has lovely clean, well appointed rooms and bathrooms and the staff is friendly Walking up the staircase ( if u do) the wallpaper is of life-size black and white photographs of Tel Aviv s different Boulevards ( Rothschild Ben Gurion etc) A nice Israeli breakfast, and a constant coffee machine in the lobby, a supply of towels for the beach, all of which made a relaxing enjoyable stay here

I have only good words for Prima Hotel. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at all times (day or night). I needed a high room and they gave me one on the 4th floor (out of 5). The cleanliness of the room was perfect. When my flight was cancelled due to the situation, I asked to stay at least one more night and the manager offered me the same room with a 20% discount. Close to the beach and downtown, coffee at the front desk, Prima Hotel was excellent in every possible way. I have been to Tel Aviv several times and will return to this hotel. Thank you very much!
Nothing to do with the hotel: the cab driver from the hotel to the airport was a thief. Always, I repeat, always adjust the price with the driver before the trip and ask in the hotel to know a fair and fixed taxi price in TA.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Tel Aviv, and I can highly recommend it for anyone considering a visit to this vibrant city. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel pretty comfortable. The hotel itself boasts clean, comfortable rooms, and the location is perfect for exploring the local attractions. The views of the Sea are absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for my vacation. I would like to extend a special thanks to Vitaly and Saher, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their friendly and attentive service made a significant impact on my overall experience. Whether it was offering local dining recommendations or assisting with travel arrangements, they were always eager to help with a smile. The food at the hotel was delightful as well, with a variety of local dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The dining area was always clean and welcoming, making each meal a pleasant experience. Overall, my stay at this Tel Aviv hotel was a fantastic experience. I left with wonderful memories and would eagerly return on my next trip. If you're looking for a hotel that offers both comfort and outstanding service, this is the place to be. Thank you again to Vitaly, Saher, and all the staff for making my visit so special.
