Beautifully appointed rooms. Great selection of products including Salts for the bath. Food was excellent but pricey. Unfortunately some of the Staff were too young and inexperienced. Even after asking a question they would not come back to you. The location is amazing right in the city centre. Gym was nice with modern equipment but way too small

The staff apart from a few were very inexperienced and unhelpful especially on reception and at the restaurants. Need more experienced staff.

By far the best hotel I have ever stay in, anywhere. Beautifully designed. Amazing room. Comfy bed. Rooftop pool and bar were so nicely done. Food was delicious. Ideal location in the middle of Barcelona. But the best part, the staff. In particular the concierge. Helped us with some great food recommendations, tickets for some of the local attractions and also took the time to help us plan a day trip up to Costa Brava, including having a hire car waiting for us at the hotel to set off from. Can’t recommend our stay enough. Hope to be back in the future.

Everything. Amazing beautiful hotel and rooms. Room was very spacious also. The friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of all the staff is amazing. Top position, top hotel. Next time at Barcelona will be for sure again ME Barcelona Hotel!

Only a small complaint is about breakfast…the choose is not so elevated and especially I missed the healthy options like porridge, granola, bowls…also there was only 1 type of bread (white bread) and toast bred…

Excellent location, we asked for a quiet room and they delivered, Laura on the front desk was excellent, the ME is lucky to have great staff like her!

We stayed there twice, when we first arrived for 4 nights then again before we left… only problem we ran into was arriving in a car, the guy at the door was quite put out by trying to help us find a park… otherwise everything was fine

The hotel is wonderful and the location is amazing. I liked nearby places such as restaurants, coffee shops, stores and metro stations.

The experience of the hotel was fantastic from moment we arrived. Friendly, helpful staff and a 5* service all round. The breakfast was exceptional and our overall stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Our only regret was not being able to spend more time at the hotel as the facilities were great.

Great hotel. Super quiet. Which waws unusual given that it's right in the middle of the city. Fantastic roof top pool bar. And the most helpful staff ever.

The breakfast was only served until 10:30 sharp. They would not let us in even a few minutes after 10:30 while the buffet was still on the tables.

Very good hotel, prime location, nice roof top area and pool. Beautful interior design and decoration incl. outdoor sculptures. Generous outdoor seating area for beakfast.
