The location and view were great, atop a hill in Perugia. (You did have to drive or walk down a steep driveway to access the town.) The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The restaurant was delicious and convenient. We especially enjoyed and appreciated our waitress. And the included breakfast was extensive and varied.

While overall the hotel was great, it was a bit rough around the edges. Looked like there had been quite a bit of delayed maintenance, chipped paint, damaged floorboards, some kind of screen that I think was supposed to work in my room and didn't, and their fancy key system that never worked for me. These were just things I noticed, nothing that impacted my stay terribly.

Reception staff were excellent . Breakfast , very good, had a vast choice of alternatives . Location quiet , we enjoyed the walk to old town (15 to 20 mns) parking in front of hotel was very practical . The rooms were spacious and clean . The on site restaurant was also a good plus . We understand that the hotel is under new management and it' s aiming for the best , some minor details are being tended to . It will be our pleasure to stay again at Hotel Perusia !

The Hotel is looking for a solution concerning Air-co , need for individual choice of room temperature . Our room was a bit chilly !

Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The roof top terrace is beautiful, amazing views. The hotel room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely, continental and lots of choice. Good location, around 20 minutes walk to the centre of Perugia and would stay there again if I was going to Perugia. Anyone who plays Pokemon Go, the hotel has a Pokéstop!

No bar in the hotel, would have got 10 out of 10 if it did. Air con in the room mostly worked when it wanted to, followed no rules but it didn’t really affect my stay.

Staff was very helpful and kind. We did a mistake in our reservation but they managed to accommodate us in the best way they could. They provided us with valuable information about our stay in Perugia. Room was big enough for our family and breakfast was great.

We did not like anything in particular. Maybe just a bit of loudy people in the corridor(not hotel responsibility) but room was quite and it met all our requirements.

We have stayed here many times before. The breakfast was nice with good variety of foods. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pool water had strange taste it affected my son’s skin. There were only 4 deck chairs available for all guests?! Shower facilities were not great neither. Also the pool opening times (10:00-22:00) were vastly reduced making it unusable in the morning. Shame as it was the hotel main attraction for us.

The staff is helpful, providing absolutely all the information I needed. The hotel is located quite close to the old center. the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool located on the 5th floor is small but relaxing, just what you need to cool off after a hot day. The view from the terrace by the pool is amazing. The breakfast is tasty and quite varied (I can't say more because I only stayed one day)

There is nothing to complain about.

The roof terrace is stunning. You can see the entire Umbria from there and the nice town of Assisi. Good cosy room, clean and silent, with all the facilities. Nice continental breakfast with good coffee and nice stuff. The hotel is 15 min walk from city old centre. Beautiful stay, beautiful place, beautiful city and people.

Good location, you can reach the city center on foot in 15 minutes. 100 meters from the bus stop from which you can get to and from the railway station. A relatively large room.

The Wifi signal was weak for a few days. It was not possible to prepare breakfast until take-out when it was necessary to leave for an early train.

We arrived late in the day so we were unable to use many of the facilities such as the rooftop pool. However, the room was good if a little dated. The breakfast was reasonable and the rooftop pool looked inviting the following morning.

We were not there long enough to dislike anything really. The bar closed at 11:30pm which is a decent time to close but meant we were not really able to eat when we arrived.

Nice Location- 20 min by foot to the center , friendly and helpful personal, tasty breakfast and good coffee, good parking place free of charge . Thank you for your hospitality definitely will come back!

The hotel need some renovation, but not critical. Don’t close swimming pool if possible. After a long way we need to swim. Thank you!😊
