Location, facilities and breakfast were all great (except for the long line to get breakfast on Saturday).

Parking was abysmal. Street parking was essentially non-existent; the V1 lot across the street pricey; and the valet lot under the hotel was exorbitant. Keep this in mind when booking. DO NOT (under any circumstances) use the public lot behind the hotel. The day rate ends at 3 am and a new day starts at 3:01 am. So if you stay overnight they charge for 2 days of parking (ie $76)!!!!

The location was great with the Silverline bus stop just outside the hotel. This bus connects you both to the airport and downtown. Nice harbour view. Drinking fountain available downstairs for restocking water bottles. Relaxing outside area on the upper floors. The self-administered laundry room was very useful with 8 dollars each for a wash and dry.

Breakfast was plentiful but basic. There is a summer concert venue opposite so noisy on certain nights. Had to ask every time we ran out of toilet paper, crockery or other supplies as they were a bit stingy with stocking these. Front counter staff could be a little more friendlier and helpful.

The AC was amazing as well as the bed. The room size was great as well as the shower. The restaurant on campus called, Lobster Pound, was fabulous. The lobster experience meal was in my all time top favorite meals! Loved the downtown shuttle service and the pool. The breakfast was wonderful and affordable. The bar tender by the pool works his butt off. The manager should provide some additional help for him during busy times.

You need more clerks for check-in. The lines were huge almost all the time. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to buy a Twix candy bar. There was only one server at the pool and she never came to hot tub area. More umbrellas should be available around the pool area.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the city, good facilities, a good gym, a good bar, incredible dining rooms, and I even got to see meeting rooms. The hotel has a theme of being a marine place (I saw pictures of divers, whales, dolphins and even a diver's helmet on one of its floors, which made me pay attention to the incredible interior decoration details that the hotel maintains. They also have restaurants, bars, and shops near the hotel, which makes it easier to not have to go to downtown to shop. Finally, I would like to congratulate all of your staff for being friendly with their customers.

If I could improve something it would be the variety of their breakfasts. It is totally understandable that it is a buffet so they will serve the same breakfast most mornings, but once you have been in the hotel for more than 3 days it becomes a bit unpleasant to have the same breakfast. Although I would like to clarify that they maintain an excellent food menu in their bar located in the lobby.

there is no soap supplied in the bathroom meaning if you use the bathroom and need to wash your hands, there's water only, the hotel does have soap, but you have to request it which I found kind of odd, do they expect their guests not be able to wash the germs off their hands??? parking is a pain our trip required that we need a vehicle and the cost of parking nearly equated the amount of the rental the hotel charges $56 per night to valet the vehicle, there is no other on-site parking.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious, had good amenities, and was cleaned every day as requested. The gym is excellent (it has peloton bikes) and we also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Although the Seaport district is up and coming in comparison to areas like Back Bay and Beacon Hill, we loved our stay in the area and really enjoyed being close to the Harbour and Fan Pier Park.

The breakfast could be significantly improved. Croissants and pastries were stale, eggs were watery and in general there is quite a limited choice and variation day to day. Having said that, I understand that this is reflected in the price of the stay.

The breakfast was very good. The hot items were well prepared, items were refilled regularly, and there was a good selection of hot and cold items. Also liked the appliance that provided hot or cold water (good for filling water bottles). The location was good. Short car ride to the airport and walking distance from restaurants. The room was clean, a good size, and had a nice view of the harbor.

Not a big deal, but at breakfast it would have been nice to have pancakes or a waffle maker, and hot chocolate (only hot drinks were coffee and tea).

Nice hotel, good location in front of the bay. Bus is located 1 block away to Kate you to the center of the city.

Breakfast finish too early, 9am on weekdays. Can stay longer and should leave at least coffee outside after…

Breakfast was very good in the buffet style and there was a good selection.

Parking on premise was only valet and $50/per day.

Location was great, one of the three rooms I got had a waterview. The others faced the entrance. Hotel was clean and although, one of the rooms was not ready, despite us checking in after 5:00pm, the wait was not too long. The agent was pleasant and accommodated us pretty fast.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the breakfast. Quality questionable, was hoping for more variety. Eggs (processed), bread, bagel, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal and yogurt. Juices (apple and orange), coffee and tea. Green apples, banana and oranges were the fruits offered. Had to clean my own table and station was a mess! Long line and obviously not a lot of staff… Kudos for those working… Reserved for 6 but one member of our party couldn’t come due to a sudden onset of flu. Was hoping to be charged only for a single person and get a refund on the double occupancy rate…
