Room was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.

There was insufficient lighting. In the main room, the only lighting was very dim bedside lights (fine for the purpose of bedside lighting but they are the only lights in the center of the room). There was a light in one corner that only lit that small corner, and there was a light above the counter that the refrigerator on the other side of the room. It only lit the small counter area. The cable TV didn't seem to be up to today's standards, but that is not a big deal, since I can watch TV through my own service on my laptop. There didn't seem to be the capability to log in to my TV provider (Sling) on the room TV.

Very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable (apart from the terrible lighting). The room was large and quiet and the location and price were perfect for my needs.

TERRIBLE lighting! There were no lamps and no overhead lights in the main room, including literally no source of light over the desk--how would anyone work there?? Next to the bed, there were tiny, dim lights, more like nightlights. I could read only by putting my magazine right under it, but not while sitting up in bed. I was there on a brilliant June day, with many hours of daylight, and even during the day it felt weird and oppressive (though I appreciated that there was a sofa right by the window, so sitting there to work was pleasant). By 8 or 9 p.m. I was depressed and couldn't do anything, so went to bed early. Clearly designed by people who never actually stayed in the room.

Everything!!! It was clean, I felt safe, I felt like my vehicle was safe, my rate was excellent. When I asked for a room away from the elevator, they accommodated without any issue. I slept fabulously! I’d absolutely stay there again!

My room keys didn’t work, initially. It was only a big inconvenience because I was solo and brought in a full rolling cart of luggage and bags. I had to wheel it down with me to the front desk. It was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a PERFECT stay!

The location was wonderful. Very quiet with very little traffic noise. It was the first time I have stayed at a newer hotel w no carpet in the rooms. It felt so much cleaner and fresher. Not only from walking on potentially dirty carpet, but the air quality was fresher and no off odors. Bathroom shower was really excellent. And I liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers too. Having coffee, tea and water available in the lobby was also nice.

The Wyndham is right across the street from the Grand Park athletic complex. So excellent location if you are in a tournament there. Games were moved due to poor weather and the line to check in or reserve rooms at the hotel was considerable. The staff did a fantastic job of courteously moving people through the process and with incredible speed and efficiency. I couldn't have been more impressed. The room was clean and spacious, facilities in great shape.

That it is a newer hotel and the rooms were spacious. Love the showers and bathroom setup. Plenty of room for more than one person to be in the bathroom at a time.

No breakfast. I knew there was no continental breakfast. I assumed the restaurant would serve breakfast. I was wrong. Luckily the hotel is close to plenty of off site restaurants. Also, housekeeping didn’t clean or refresh our room . We stayed with other family in the hotel and they were on the first floor. Their room got serviced but we did not. We were on the fourth floor.

Almost the entire staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The food would've been good if real butter was used. The fake stuff tastes terrible and is very bad for our bodies. Also, real half and half for coffee/tea. Only other issue was the noise. People above us kept moving the chair around and it kept my son awake. I had my earplugs in otherwise I wouldnt have been able to sleep. Also, there were alot of children running down the halls together after 10pm. We were trying to go to sleep.

Room was beautiful. Love the automatic windows and view. Lovely bathroom and shower with Bluetooth mirrors. Employees were nice and respectful.

Beside a tons of baseball fields...so had to heard many young kids run up and down the hallways screaming. Pool was cold for a indoor pool in the summer. No breakfast or evening service though it was posted on the site. Also for a 4 story hotel with two elevators...they were so slow. I mean the wait was ridiculous.

Great location, nice rooms

Pool area was very messy/disorganized, not enough towels or chairs. Staff didn’t seem to like kids which is not ideal when the majority of patrons are families of kids playing sports at grand park. No free breakfast but cost the same as places with better amenities.

My partner and I stayed in the King Suite and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing the perfect space to relax between our friend's wedding events.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and the selection of TV channels was quite limited. This made it difficult to get some work done on the side.
