Loved our stay! room service and breakfast was unbelievably good!!! Rooms were massive and beautifully designed and appointed with all the modern touches. Amazing river view! Lovely staff!! Tv had a soundbar which made for great movie night for our little one! Location was also top notch! Staff were also very kind and sweet with my toddler! He almost never left the lobby without a balloon!

Finding the lobby was a little challenging - maybe some extra signage would be helpful but everyone was super friendly and helpful to direct us

The room was fantastic, definitely 5 star comfort - comfortable, spacious, killer view of the river and with a 9/10 bed. Well lit bathroom with big tub and great shower. The sauna was good. Staff were (nearly) all very friendly and helpful

The pool area is very small and the pool itself is tiny. Having to go through the casino to get to the bars - urgh! The bars and restaurants (we did not dine at Sol) are not 5 star venues, are nowhere near the standard of the accommodation and we would not have stepped into any of them if we had not been at the hotel. Breakfast was served in one of the ground floor restaurants (ITL) and while the food quality was good, the choice was pretty limited and quite limited from a healthy eating perspective. We weren’t super impressed by our breakfast waitress on one of the mornings who, when we asked for a cloth to wipe the table (we had asked to sit outside), sighed and told us to use our napkin!

Wonderful weekend stay at Eos. Staff were exceptionally lovely & helpful, great central location to shopping, Art Gallery etc, very comfy bed & spectacular views from our River view room. Special mention for the breakfast menu @ ITL that was incl in our room charge, chefs kiss! Incredible!

Open plan pooping! An internal door within the bathroom space to create privacy when using the toilet seemed a massive oversight. There's intimacy and then there's such a thing as keeping a little mystery between you & your partner 🙈 only legitimate feedback, everything else was 5 stars ✨

We weren’t informed that it wasn’t validated parking. We had gone to get our car to bring it around to get our bags, when we got to the booth it charged us $51. I questioned this when we arrived back to EOS and the lady said I needed to take the voucher they hand out for parking to get it for $35. It was just a bit upsetting because this wasn’t communicated to us and $51 is a lot when already paying a higher amount for this hotel.

Fantastic location, walking distance to a a variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and literally seconds from a tram stop. Also walk out the door straight into the park bordering the river. Nice for a stroll. Very modern- alot of places we stay in Adelaide (we are there regularly to visit my brother) are quite dated- this was so new, tastefully designed, minimalist decor yet stylish at the same time- I was really quite impressed. Also shout out to the lovely staff- really looked after us and let us check in 3 hours early because we had just gotten off the Great Southern train that morning and were really early but too tired to spend much time walking around the city. The staff were really just fantastic. I have already booked another stay for April and have recommended my family and friends stay there too (all heading to Adelaide for an engagement party). Probably won't stay anywhere else when visiting Adelaide now. (Also super comfortable robes...)

Can't really fault anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a free upgrade of our room to a higher level suite with beautiful view to the city parks. The restaurant which we had breakfast was great. The breakfast was delicious and the chef came out to check everything was all right. The facilities in the gym are awesome as you can select training programs to help if you do not know how to use the facilities.

The sound insulation of the balcony's glass door is poor, as we could hear clearly the noise from the casino and streets at the night which is a bit disturbing.

This stunning property is the new benchmark in South Australia for luxury hotels. The awe-inspiring interior design and colour palate infuses a tranquility that sets the tone blissfully as you enter. This is matched only by the guest accommodation. I was lucky enough to stay in the Radiance River View Suite and although it is pricier than a normal suite you will find around the Adelaide CBD, as someone who works in the hotel industry, this is more than justified as it is elegant, modern and regal with stunning views. Plus all the modern gadgetry that sorely most hotels lack in this wonderful city. If you want an experience that is completely different to what else is on offer - do not pass this property up. Though, the core or maybe the garnish to the exemplary standard it sets is it’s dedication to service - the staff went above and beyond at every port of call. Truly a special experience.

Absolutely nothing.

How luxurious every detail within the hotel is, from having slippers and tea bags laid out at night, to walking in and seeing your name on the television screen. I feel like no single little detail was ever missed. The staff were also phenomenal. We had a lot to do with a lovely guy who worked in the concierge, he even wrote out a page of recommended wineries for us! Initially when booking, I thought it seemed a little expensive, however it is totally worth it, and I would book time and time again. An absolute must stay hotel if you’re in Adelaide.

The room was spacious, and the views were spectacular. The food we had from room service was great and the location very convenient.

The guest chairs in reception were absolutely terrible. They were so low i needed my partner to help me get up. They were almost bean bags on the floor. Definitely not suitable or comfortable for guests especially elderly ones or people with disabilities. Also the bed wasn't very comfortable especially given the price of this room. It basically sunk in the middle.

The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Very quiet and super clean. The view over the city was okay - nothing special but was nice to have large windows. The gym was fantastic! Had everything you need and all new equipment.

The pool was quite small. Limited tv channels and soundbar kept dropping out but reconnecting itself. Would have been nice to have more satellite channels. Would have been nice to have more free mini-bar drinks and larger cups for tea/coffee.
