Friendly staff and cleaners. All were very lovely and accommodating. Exceptional customer service. The room was spacious enough for myself and 3 kids. Beds were comfortable, and the pillows for us were perfect. Great pool for the kids to swim in and very close to rsl, taverns, fast foods, and shops. Very easy to find and good parking spaces. Wifi for guests and nice and cold air-conditioning. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to stay again. Could not fault one bit of our stay. Kirsty was welcoming and super helpful, the room was immaculate, bed was comfortable and the in-room amenities were great. Loved having a microwave for easy quick meal reheats! Easy to find, and far away enough from the main road to not have bright lights in your windows or the noise of the busy road. A short walk to both the tavern, take aways, and Woolworths/Aldi supermarkets for supplies. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay again.

This was my first time visiting the local area, the premises was clean, modern and not a large complex which I like. Was quiet and the rooms super clean and modern, very impressed. The bed was comfy, I prefer a bedhead when there is a brick wall behind it but I knew this, just a suggestion. The AC was good and nice and quiet and was turned on before arrival which was great. Wi-Fi good, parking at the door is great. The room had all the facilities needed. Adrian at reception I spoke to on the phone and in person was lovely and friendly.

The only thing that I would change is the very mini soaps, shampoo and conditioner, the larger wall containers with the products are more expected these days.

We loved our stay! We weren’t expecting to stay in town the night but due to unforeseen circumstances we did and thankfully they had a lovely cozy room available for us. It was clean, updated and the staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with anything. Shops are within walking distance and there is a lovely tavern up the road to enjoy a good feed. The pool was lovely for a hot summers day dip.

The process to book was easy. The staff were amazing, I booked for my mum and she travelled without me. I received a message the day of and it was so detailed to help my mum in case she was late to the accomodation . Thank you so much for kindly waiting for my mum to check in. Being over the other side of the world I wanted stress free for my mum and we found it . Highly recommend staying here. Amazing accomodation, very clean and convenient

Amazing staff. Courtesy calls to see when we would arrive and offers to call them if anything was needed. Local knowledge of the area which helped us navigate around for New Year's Eve. Pool was tidy and welcoming. Great location and close to shopping centre. This was an excellent base to explore the surrounding areas.

That we didn't stay longer

We just arrived in Australia that morning coming from Belgium. We suffered severely because of the jetlag and travel fatigue. So we arrived too early at the motel to check-in. But we were given a free upgrade to a vacant family room, so we were able to rest immediately. Thank you so much. The bed was very comfortable and large. In the evening the motel was quite and peaceful. We were able to get a good night rest. The room had all the facilities needed The motel is close to the beach. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.

Great place, lovely staff, everything we needed, especially liked the signs requesting quiet after dark. 17yr old daughter was excited about the pool till she declared it too cold!

Other customers having breakfast on the balcony woke us at 7am with loud conversation but what can you do about that 🤷‍♂️

The location at Golden Beach was good and convenient. Walking distance to most places such as Golden Beach and to the centre to Caloundra. The Tavern is very close by just a few steps away and has a choice of good meals, including senior meals.

All was good.

the motel was nice and close to y venue/not far to travel

tv screen a bit wonky/cigarette smoke as sooon as you open the door and people coughing up there lungs outside at 5am/smokers should be off the property instead of including other people in there dieing filthy habit
