I stayed for my birthday trip, the hotel was very accommodating & the staff were very friendly. They offered me a Prosecco and helped me with the suitcases. Very 5 star service. The staff were very friendly and talkative. The lifts were fast and the room was clean all the time! They had a beach club which was very nice.

We had to pre book for the rooftop pool, which was a hassle because they didn’t have any booking availabilities after 2-3 days, which was pointless cause we were staying for 4 days and were excited to use all the facilities we paid for. I think the hotel should make more sunbeds for guests.

The hotel is superbly located in Sliema which is a great base to explore all the different parts of Malta. Very easy to get around to Valletta, Gozo and Comino from the Sliema port. Lots of nice little restaurants and bars to visit. The hotel staff were lovely and exceptionally helpful, especially Cristian. The cocktails at the bar were delicious and we enjoyed the happy hour offers. Room was lovely and kept nice and clean - easy to get more top ups of towels and other essentials. The range of complimentary tours on offer is fantastic and there is something for everyone to ensure they can make the most of Malta. We really enjoyed the vintage bus tour which took us to the palace gardens, Mdina and the Dingli cliffs. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. So glad we did this and didn’t just get a taxi to Mdina as we originally planned!

There were too many poorly behaved children in the spa which meant it was not relaxing. I have no problem with children being permitted access to the spa pool and facilities but they were throwing cups of water around and leaving the paper cups in the pool, jumping in the pool and splashing other users. Staff kept coming to look but did not manage the situation. There were a lot of maintenance and building works happening directly outside of our window which disturbed us throughout our stay, it was a shame to be woken up before 6am on holiday. I’m not sure we would have booked if we knew!

Very good facilities and exceptional staff. Breakfast was very nice. Situated close to nearby shops/restaurants whilst being within a short walking distance of the nearby ferry port and excursions.

Let down by surrounding building works all around the property, which wasn’t mentioned either on booking. Com or on the official hotel website prior to booking our stay. Building works started at 07:30am in the mornings during weekdays.

Clean and a great location for the ferry to Valletta. Beach Club and roof top pool were nice and a quick walk to the shops in Sliema. With the benefit of hindsight I would still have stayed there.

Bathrooms are tiny. Personally didn’t rate the breakfasts. Good if you like cooked breakfast or cakes/pastries…bit short on fresh healthy options.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Nice spa with sauna and steam room. Gym was better than expected and very well equipped (and open 24/7!). What I would highlight from my experience in this hotel is the staff. Incredibly attentive, friendly and polite staff. Absolutely everyone I interact with was very pleasant, from receptionists, bar / restaurant / breakfast staff, spa staff, cleaners, etc. Thank you!

The staff are extremely friendly and take very good care of their guests. You are definitely in good hands at this hotel. The breakfast was also very tasty and above all warm. The location of the hotel is quite good, you can reach the bus stops on foot in a few minutes.

The main picture appears that the hotel has a pool, especially as the photo is the main picture but it doesn't. The pool is at a beach club down the road and was closed when we attended due to it being out of season.

This was an exceptionally good hotel. Location was perfect with a great range of facilities including a spa, rooftop pool and beach club area with an infinity pool. We ate in several of the restaurants and snack bars and the food was always delicious. Choice of food at breakfast was also extremely good . Staff were excellent. They were always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any queries .

Nothing . There is some building work going on around the hotel as in others areas but it did not bother us . We were concerned before we went as we had read several reviews commenting on this but it was not an issue . If there was some work going on outside the staff were about to direct you away from it .

The rooms were clean and there was AC. The breakfast was really good, the tastiest scrambled eggs and fresh orange juice 💛 The pool area was in a good place and usually quite chill 👍

Was surprised that when doing the check in, the receptionist didn't give any introduction about the hotel and what is possible to do there. Just confirmed that we have reservation and here is the room code and that's it. Had to specifically ask when is the breakfast and where it is. Had to go and find the pool area myself and later found out that there is a spa area and complimantory boat trips. Would have the receptionist told us about it, would have gone to spa and boat trips as well but we learned about them too late.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Malta, and I have to say that the location and service were absolutely excellent. The hotel is ideally situated, making it easy to explore the island and access everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met during our stay. However, the only downside was the room size. While the amenities were great, the room was a bit cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. If you're looking for a spacious room, this might not be the best fit, but for those who prioritize location and service, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and prime location, but just be aware that the rooms are a bit tight.
