Very good location close to everything. Comfy bed. Quiet.

The hotel sent me a weird link to check in online. It seemed alright until it asked for my credit card. That's either fraud or a very bad mistake because I had already paid the reservation at the time I created the booking. The receptionist did not ask us for our IDs. It seems to me that could lead to a serious security problem in the future. Breakfast seemed expensive at 16 euros, though maybe we're just not their target audience. There's a great bakery called MATA across the street where you can have an outstanding breakfast for much less.

Very tidy and functional room. Good showers, clean sheets and silent room. Very comfortable to sleep.

The room is very small, even if we had not much luggage, basically 2 handbags, it was hard to find enough storage to keep our room free. For the paid breakfast, I didn't like they give us only a small plate, just made the whole buffet experience worse. The food was good.

Nice staff. The city centre was within walking distance. The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel had a smart welcoming ambience at the entrance lobby and offered a free dispenser of water for refilling flasks. Since I prefer having a light quick breakfast, I only tried the buffet breakfast only once: it was good and varied, offering both sweet and salty options, although at 18€ it seemed to me quite expensive.

There was little room to move around the bed and the window was very small. I found the duvet too thick for summer, so that I was obliged to keep the AC on all night (at 22 °C, which was anyway the maximum temperature allowed).

The room is not big but it's well organised. Super clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is zero noise coming from both the street and the corridor. Artificial and natural lights are good. The bathroom works fine. The location is excellent, with both attractions and train station at walking distance. There is a bike station right in front of the hotel.

Half of the bathroom is inside the bedroom; usable but I prefer the bathroom all in one room. Almost all automated emails from the hotel come in an incomprehensible language; fortunately the reception staff can speak english language.

Food was good. Tight space. Minimalist approach. No extra plates, serviettes, spoons, shared salt. Tables quite small for 2 people. Staff were very nice and very attentive. Hotel is in a great location for visiting the city. In easy walking distance from many attractions. Overall, a good hotel. We would stay there again, and we would recommend it to others. Good price too when booked well in advance.

As above. After our first night, I did report a bad odour in our room, like stagnant water or a dead mouse. The receptionist took note of it. When we returned in the evening, the smell was slightly less pungent, but was still there. There was no further communication from the hotel about the issue.

I stayed at this 3-star hotel and was honestly impressed — it felt like a 4-star experience in many ways. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. What truly made the difference, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give special thanks to Dominique, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Dominique was always friendly, helpful, and professional — a perfect example of outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great hospitality at a very reasonable price. I would definitely come back!

Very clean and felt new and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and not far from everywhere. Surroundings a little bit industrial looking but then Nantes has a few areas like that. If you walk for 10/15 minutes you can get to the more picturesque parts of the town.

It was slightly unusual having no separate bathroom, as there’s no real privacy apart from in the WC. We got used to it in the end, but would have preferred a separate bathroom. That being said, the fittings were all new and worked well, and the toiletries provided were nice, and of good quality. Only annoying thing was that we couldn’t connect Canal + to the Smart TV, and the hotel staff said that it was a general problem. We could connect the other channels but not that one, and that happened to be the one we wanted to watch so it was a bit of a pain and it lasted the three nights that we were there.

The property is a perfect location, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the centre-ville. The hotel is modern, well maintained and clean. There is a filtered water service by the elevator and it is free. There is a lovely looking breakfast, though I didn’t try it. You can order coffee and other beverages as well. There is a lovely area indoors in the lobby, as well as a place outdoors, if you want to sit and relax with a beverage. The hotel rooms are very Goldilocks — just right in size. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean. There is a shower, which is always better than a tub, for me. You get handwash, lotion, body wash and shampoo. No conditioner. There is a Nespresso machine with coffee pods, tea and sweetener. Everything you could want. Staff is there 24 hours a day. It’s a great hotel.

Everything was amazing. We got an upgrade for an apology that we didn’t even think we needed! It was a trivial matter but the staff (esp Miriam, red wine, white wine and ginger beer! 😂) bent over backwards to make sure we had no issues. The upgrade room was top notch, with a huge balcony overlooking the Loire. The staff are so friendly and quite honestly couldn’t do enough. I even had a kefir master that I needed to keep refrigerated and they kept it overnight in the fridge for me. Everything from the gorgeous smells everywhere, the yummy pizza and breakfast, decor, clean sheets and lovely soaps and lotions in the shower, were fab!

Honestly, nothing. If I was being extra,extra picky, it would have been good to have had on site parking, but the car park is literally a 3 min walk away, underground and very safe.

The location was perfect, 15 to 20 minute walk to a lot of the attractions or 10 minute walk to the tram stop to go further afield, 1.80 euro for a 1 hour ticket. The hotel was spotless, all the staff were lovely and happy, and very helpful. There is limited parking, so would advise booking in advance. There are many restaurants around the hotel to choose from, plus a Bio coop across the road, and a Carrefour City just a 10 minute walk away. The bed was really comfortable, good shower. Lots of electric sockets in the room. The bedding was pristine, and the towels large and fluffy. The bar has a comfortable atmosphere, great cocktails! The outside seating area is in a secluded courtyard, which is modern and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights and the superior double room was compact! We would book a bigger room if staying for a week next time. We thought the breakfast price was expensive, so we got pastries/sandwiches from the Mata boulangerie, 5 minute walk from the hotel.
