The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was onsite parking with spaces large enough to accommodate our large SUV. The location was within easy walking distance of the lake, parks and shopping, including a large supermarket. The wifi was fast and reliable.

The driveway down to the garage was very steep and slippery in the rain. The car's traction control kicked in and I needed to make three attempts to go up quickly to maintain enough momentum to make it to the top. It's a two way drive and could have been dangerous if someone had been driving down at the same time. Also, like do many European apartments, it didn't provide a toaster.

Very nice hotel and apartments, large balcony, comfortable underground parking, bike room, lift in the building, supportive staff and good location.

A bit more kitchen equipment would be welcomed, but in general it was not a problem. Otherwise apartment is very well and nice equipped and very clean.

Perfect location to get to our main event area of the sailing club with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Being just out of the centre was very beneficial. Quick 10 min walk if that, was perfect. Parking was excellent and having the free access to bikes was brilliant when needed. If utilising sofa bed good idea - excellent quality bed not a cheap option put in the room. A lot of features and fittings did shout quality.

Didn’t know about service charge for rubbish.. not a problem at all and potentially my error in not seeing this but maybe just wrapped up in cost as we left early hours and I would have been mortified if had not settled.

Our stay at Residence Paradise was absolutely amazing! The place was very, very, very clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment had a modern design yet felt incredibly cozy and comfortable; everything from the living area to the balcony was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the bedrooms were organized perfectly, making the whole stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The area around the residence was quiet and soothing, offering the perfect escape after a day of exploring Riva del Garda. For me personally, this was the best hotel experience in Italy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a calm atmosphere. Special thanks to Nadia, Gianfranco, Giuliana and all the Azzolinis.

it's not clean , in the second day we see some ants and don't have housekeeping all 3 nights no body come to clean but overall good hotel

Loved the new and extremely spacious apartment. 2 bathrooms for a family of four was brilliant. We loved being able to ride in and out of the old town, or around the shores of the lake. (there were bikes for kids and adults free of charge). It was really easy and convenient to get to a big super market. The aircon in each room and new and comfortable beds made sleeping very easy. Washing was easy and cheap. The pool was a nice and easy treat to access. We loved our stay.

The accommodation was functional for a family of four. The apartment was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything necessary. It was easy to arrive by car, and we were able to park right in front of the apartment. The indoor air quality was suitable for allergy sufferers. The service was friendly. I could stay here again.

Great Place, great Customer Service, Great Location Apartment clean and modern.

We stayed here as a family of 5, we loved everything about our stay. The property is in a great location For walking to the lake or the old town. The children loved playing in the pool. Our apartment had a hot tub on the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in. The hosts made us feel welcome. We really hope we’ll be back one day!

The accommodation was very central to the beach, lake and restaurants. The apartments and facilities were well maintained and very clean. The pool is a lovely area with a nice shallow area for kids. Our balcony had lovely views of the mountains. Nice small playground onsite.
