Friendly front desk, clean room, one on the biggest pools/hot tubs Ive seen in area hotels. Breakfast was much better with the Jiimy Dean sandwich options! Great value and location to get to the LAX campus. Will be back when I visit my "baby"! PS..loved being able to bring my fur baby as well!!!

Some minor maintenance issues....missing grout in some of the tiles...didnt impact my rating..but could for some. Awkward light switch placement in bathroom. Biggest issue...No built-in USB ports. .Asked front desk and they provided an alarm clock with USB ports. Should be standard in rooms !

The week day desk manager was great and helpful.

There was a variety at breakfast, but very few that my daughter and myself ate. They had toasters and jelly but only bagels, no bread. The " hot breakfast" was coffee and waffles. My daughter and I waited till the pool opened, and walked down there. My room key didn't work on the pool door. A staff member was behind us and let us in. Saying that we were too early for the key to work. Our room was a king size bed room. I listed me, my husband and our 5 year old daughter in the booking. But the room wasn't big enough to comfortably to put a twin blowup mattress. There was too many furniture pieces in the room. ( there was the bed, two nightside tables, a desk, a desk chair, a cushion chair, and a dresser with fridge and microwave.

Love that there is a pool and hot tub, front desk employees where nice both day and night. Nice location near a gas station and a couple restaurants. Like that there's a breakfast option.

The edges of the pictured headboard around the pictures and top of it was dusty, corner of the bathtub had remained body soap from a previous guest I would assume since it was clear with little blue beads. Also there was two corners in the room that had dusty sway webs, one corner by the desk and the other corner by bed closets to the wall by bathroom. The railing in lobby for the stairs bottom of wood railing was dusty especially near the bottom. Over all thou for the size of the hotel and the turnover it sees I'm sure, it was clean. Better then some past hotels I've stayed in.

We loved staying here! Our dogs were welcome and the hotel was kid friendly. The pool and hot tub were amazing and I love that your room key was required to access it. Parking was convenient to our room and the location was nice with plenty of food/store options surrounding or just one exit down. Breakfast was more grab and go style, but still super convenient and helped save money for breakfast while traveling. The front desk staff were all welcoming and friendly, very helpful! Room and overall hotel were clean! Room was nice, microwave and fridge (great size) were great to have for our packed food. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The price was amazing for the value we got and we would definitely stay again as well as highly recommend to others!

The only real issue we had was there were no grassy areas to take our dogs outside to use for the restroom. The pillows also weren’t great, but we had brought our own anyways so no issue for us.

The lady at the front desk has amazing customer service skills very kind and takes pride in her work. The room was clean and comfortable and my kids had a blast in the pool.

There was a bunch of students there for wrestling and they used all of the waffle mix and could not be replaced. The staff lady working the breakfast area was quite rude, to many of us in there, by complaining about everything she had to fill and pick up.

continental breakfast and options were excellent, we were left alone which is something we enjoy when staying at hotels not to be bothered for any reasons, such as the contactless housekeeping great idea!!!

ummm.....there was not much that I did not like besides the increased price the next day when we decided to stay again because we didn't use online services to rebook it was ridiculous the increase, other than that my husband had to go to the ER early morning of our check out day and so when I came back to check out I had asked for more time, a late checkout considering I had been at the hospital with him and they only gave me 30 mins extra and was unable to shower and pack up my car ALONE!!!

We decided at the last minute to stay in town after a concert vs a 2 hr drive. It was easy to find, so clean, and the staff accommodating! The bed was so comfy we slept way in and they let us get breakfast at the last - literal - minute with a smile :) I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub! There are areas to change/shower if you don’t want to get your room wet. The pool is very shallow for abut 40% of it (3 feet) but that would be great for kids and I am short ;) deep end for taller folks. I felt safe, cared for, and happy to stay! So thank you! BONUS- and somehow it was only 54.00 for the night!

Well exceeded our expectations!

I've stayed here several times: friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, decent free breakfast options(coffee/tea/juice/milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries/bagels, make your own waffle, 3 cereal options). If you're looking for a place to rest your head for the night, with maybe a swim or jacuzzi before bed, this place is perfect.

The only suggestion would be to have a print out of tv channels available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They were pleasant and always wearing smiles! Really appreciated that aspect! The room was very clean and the air had been turned on prior to our arrival making it a comfortable temperature in the room upon arrival!! All room amenities worked as they were supposed to! The pool area was wonderful and we had a very pleasant time enjoying the area! The breakfast area was very clean! Our stay was during the week, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were still some options available that included both hot or cold breakfast as well as fruit and yogurt!

Only suggestion I have is to have some sort of booklet available in the room with hotel information, such as pool hours, housekeeping etc. as well as some local information. Also perhaps an additional chair in the room, even if it were a folding chair.

The location is nice just after you exit from I90 you reach the hotel. Lot of Parking spot available. Breakfast was decent nothing extraordinary. The hotel is value for money. If you traveling for short business trip you may opt for this one. A subway is very near to the hotel just 2-3 mins walking.

The Toilet seat was kind of broken, it was moving sideways. The bathroom has pretty compact space. there is a very little space to move. Bathroom could have been more cleaned. Bed was nice and clean. But inside the room just beside the entry door there is a wash basin. I felt little dampness but may be it is my personal opinion.
