Location – Absolutely fantastic! The property is in such a convenient spot – with groceries, restaurants, and even a karaoke bar just around the corner. The whole area feels safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beach – Just a short and easy stroll away! The brand-new walkway makes the walk safe and pleasant, and once you’re there, you’re greeted by a beautiful beach with a lovely restaurant bar right by the shore. The water was the perfect temperature, and even with a few waves here and there, it was so much fun to swim in. The beach itself was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded – truly a highlight of our stay!

We had requested well in advance for our room to be ready a little earlier than the standard 4pm check-in (which already feels quite late), as we were arriving on an early flight from Faro. Unfortunately, when we got to the property at 1pm, we were still asked to wait another three hours before the room was available, despite our prior communication with reception. In addition, it would have been much more comfortable if a fan had been provided for those sleeping on the sofa bed, as the room became quite warm at night. Thankfully, the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, and by keeping the doors open we managed to keep the entire space cool and comfortable.

The hotel apartment was right on the beach. It was a short walk, and I enjoyed the surf and sand. There were several restaurants on the beach as well. The rooms were modern and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and was not disturbed by any noise during the night. I asked for a room with a balcony and got one. It was lovely to sit out and catch the sun and take in the Atlantic Ocean. Even though the hotel was quiet for minutes, I was in the hustle and bustle of the seaside town. Cafes, shops, and restaurants were all close by from the complex. The strip is just down the road, I hired a car and had no problems parking. The apartment was perfect for my needs. The shower was in the bath. I would have preferred a walk-in shower. I almost slipped in the tub, so I needed to be careful. Wifi was secure, but there were problems logging onto the wifi from a web page. The login page would not be shown every time, and a DNS error was given. The hotel did fix it but it was back to playing up the next day. It seemed to be less pro to issues when I connected early in the morning. Fewer people are using the service.

The location of our apartment was perfect. We are right in the middle of the old town and new town. Beautiful pool and not too far from the beach too. Apartment was lovely and comfortable. And staff were very lovely. There were 8 of us in total including my two kids. I was hoping to find somewhere suitable for my two kids as this was my something I was anxious about it being our first holiday abroad together and it was just perfect.

The pool area was lovely but they could provide more lounge chairs. There are very few. When we arrived we couldn’t check in till 4pm which is fine but they said they’ll call us when the room is ready and they never did. We were starving when we arrived after a long flight and orders pizzas at the pool bar. They were shite! And cost a fortune! So I recommend don’t bother eating at the pool bar!

Great apartments, great value for money. In a great location aswel. Good pool and bar. We were a group of 26 on a stag, we couldn't of found a better place. Bar next to the pool, short walk to the strip for drinks and food. Would go again if on a lads trip

The pool police were a bit over the top with their rules. But didn't really take away from a great hotel

So many different spaces, great pool and bar area, really close to the beach and walking distance to the strip, rooms were great value, comfy beds, quite for a group hotel and all the staff were really friendly.

It took a little long to check in but but we had a group of 17 in front of us and were were a group of 15 - it’s too be expected. The deposit is a lot per person for groups but as long as you respect the space they don’t charge you.

Everything. This is a perfect place to bring children. Beautiful big apartments. Beautiful outside space, beautiful pool area. Lots of space for children to run around and play. Beautiful beach area on our doorstep with lovely restaurants.

A little bit out of the way.

Great location, clean and spacious apartments. Communal pool was a great added bonus!

As we were a stag group of 19, there seemed to be some apprehension when we arrived but once we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of us are also still awaiting our deposits to be returned, apparently an issue with their systems but yet to see any progress on this matter.

property was nice,clean and spacious. 6 of us in our apartment and it was fine (all adults). Walking distance from strip but further enough away the noise. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. not noisy tho. Within walking distance to beach and beach activities. Lively place and would return. It’s great for a family with mixed age groups. Older ones go strip younger ones and parents can do something less noisy. Overall lovely place. We even got the little mini train to the harbour which is a lovely place to visit.

We could have done with a few more utensils in the accommodation. The lifeguard on one of the pools was very grumpy! I think he’ll have a heart attach before end of the season.

Good location handy for bars and restaurants

You needed a cord to access the property which after a few beers I kept forgetting and had a quite a walk to the reception. Instead of 4896 it should be as simple as 1234 then that would avoid all this.

apartments great value for money. good sizes. location a short 10 min walk to the main strip of bars. 10-15 minute cab journey to the old town.

beds aren’t the most comfortable - very basic but get what you pay for. the balcony fences on the apartments are quite low. check in process is quite slow and painful if lots of groups arriving at the same time. giving an option to pay deposit on card prior to arrival could speed things up.
