Cosy, beautiful, clean and tidy. It had personal touches, including a welcome note on the blackboard at the entrance door. There were fresh flowers in the vase inside the room. There is a separate entrance to the property with a garden view. The breakfast amenities like eggs, egg cooker, bread, croissants, jam, butter, milk, various types of tea bags, and coffee, along with multiple cereals and muesli. The bathroom had an electric fan heater which was so nice. Set of towels, and body wash and shampoo dispensers. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

What a gem! Sarah was absolutely lovely and a fab host. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, it’s close to a variety of eating places but most of all, it’s a peaceful, comfortable haven. It’s a super-clean, cosy room with a great choice for breakfast. I’m so pleased that I found this place - I saw all the rave reviews and couldn’t quite work out how this little place was making such a big impression but now I know. It’s amazing value and it feels just right. I will definitely book here again if I’m in the area.

First impression on arrival was the personal touch which Sarah and Dave did, a blackboard with our names on welcoming us. Lovely personal touch. Sarah met us and was so welcoming, showing us to the room and explaining everything needed to know. Set in a beautiful well kept garden, was a really peaceful and tranquil location and it was hard to remember that you were actually in a residential area as seemed like you were in a country setting. Everything you needed was provided. Extremely clean and well maintained. Continental style breakfast provided and plenty of it. You can make yourself breakfast when you needed it which was lovely. Bed was really comfy and had a great night sleep. This place is a real gem of a find, we travel to the area quite a lot and have stayed in many places around the area but this is by far the best. Absolutely blown away by it. And the price is amazing.. dare we say it a little too amazing. We can see why this is often fully booked. We will be looking to book this again, without a doubt or hesitation. Sarah and Dave, what you provide is outstanding and you should be proud. Thank you for a wonderful stay. One word Suma it up.. There was nothing we didn't like about this place.

We recently spent three nights here & everything about it was excellent.. exceptionally clean & comfortable, a very good choice of breakfast goods replenished each day… a lovely quiet area with a beautiful garden & your own patio area surrounded by the lovely scent of roses.. the owners are very pleasant & quickly found me an extra pillow for the bed.. I would recommend this accommodation 100%.

Would recommend Santi Bhavana to anyone! Sarah was a lovely host and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room itself is super cosy and private with its own entrance and patio area which looks out onto the beautiful garden. I don’t think there was anything Sarah doesn’t think of we had everything we could possibly need for an overnight stay in the room and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was brilliant just as good as any hotel continental breakfast if it better than some! We loved our stay and would undoubtedly stay again if we were in the area.

Everything you need and more, generous amount of food. We requested soya milk for my husband and that wasn't a problem at all. Bread, 3x cereal, croissants, 2x different jam, 3x different juice, decanter of water in fridge, all sorts of teas and coffee, even filter coffee available, biscuits for the cuppa . . Eggs in fridge, butter ( not marge !!, proper butter!!) Absolutely lovey and something for anybodies mood. Bed is super comfy. Room has a lovely vibe. Fridge, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, iron, hair dryer , all present. Shampoo and body wash also present. Gorgeous garden with bistro table set to unwind and enjoy the buzzing of the bees. Lovely hosts , adorable grandson There's absolutely nothing I could try to think of that needs adjusting. Everything well thought through. Location is 2 minutes down hill to " Town centre " Nearest atm 1 min down hill, Nearest supermarket both 2 min walk ( aldi & morrisons? Bistro/ bar just on the foot of hill, again just 1 min walk. ( all walking distance) This place is an absolute gem and absolute fantastic value for money. We will be back ! A&M

Hosts were welcoming and accommodating as my friend forgot her jacket, which we later collected. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast and hot drink choices were plentiful and a good variety. We really liked the egg cooker, which cooked the eggs to perfection, according to how we liked them. There is a pretty patio area nice for seating in. The shower was hot with nice smelling products to use.

Everything was perfect. We've stayed 3 times, and I highly recommend this B&B. It's self-contained, with entrance off the path to side of house, immaculately clean, and bed super comfy. Breakfast buffet amazing, you can even boil eggs! I love the little personal touches .... a vase of fresh flowers, a chalk-board outside front door to welcome guests, and a box of beautiful greetings cards for sale that the host, Sarah, designs.

Very clean and comfortable with every detail considered and even lovely fresh flowers . Well provided with toiletries . Lovely continental style breakfast in room and well provided for . Nice to have independence to have breakfast at my convenient time. This is like home . Little garden and patio area would be lovely during better weather . Well situated for lovely walking country

Very steep walk up wet drive and round back to self contained accommodation. But this is the way the property stands so little can be done but could pose great difficulties for disabled guests
