This is a great hotel located in a very convenient location, with a supermarket close by, and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The room was small but comfortable and well-appointed. The shower was good with warm water and good water pressure. Their amenities were excellent, too.

I wished there were a bar that served food/snacks, and beverages, especially for late arrivals, or at least vending machines. Also, the buffet breakfast was generous, but it would be better if we had traditional savory Georgian pastries to choose from. And providing only instant coffee was quite a disappointment. Perhaps more care could be taken to incorporate more variety in the menu, because after 7 days of the same things, it gets to be quite boring.

Breakfast was good. The location is pretty good, a short walking distance to Rustaveli avenue which among other things has a lot of shopping and dining opportunities, and a cable car to Mtatsminda. There's also free parking available at the hotel which really helps in this area.

I loved the hotel as a whole. The rooms were spacious; each one is designed a bit different. For example, my place had a tub and a smaller shower while my friend's place just had a large shower. The AC was powerful with a min of 16 degrees which I absolutely loved as I can't sleep at all when its warm/hot. It was also super quiet which was perfect for me. The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast is open til pretty late and had a good variety of options. The location was great as it was pretty central to Tbilisi. Later on in our trip we came back to Tbilisi and the hotel I had booked turned out to be hot and loud (even though it seemed to be rated similarly online?!). I chose to just take the loss (as I had paid already for that hotel) and book a last minute same night stay back in Brosse Garden because of how much better it was. I would absolutely come back if visiting Tbilisi again!

I was greeted by the front desk with utmost hospitality. They helped me with the luggages and shown me the room. Clean rooms, beautiful carpet flooring throughout the rooms and corridors. Complimentary beverages waiting in my room. King size bed an orthopedic mattress to soothe any weary traveller no matter the journey prior. Breathtaking view of Tbilisi from the bar at the terrace. Great breakfast the staff were amazing. All of them. 10/10

The staff Levan & George at the reception and a young boy, I was happy with the service they provided. They were friendly and helpful which was what I liked about them. The hotel was in a pretty good location (15-30 minutes max by walking distance) Close to many attractions, supermarkets & restaurants. I liked the view from my room with the balcony, they have some rooms with decently sized balconies with table and chairs. The breakfast was good, I liked it. Had a nice salad every morning which changed every 2-3 days. Even though I preferred the first salad with lettuce & corn. The deserts weren’t great. Not like shown in the images on booking.com. Never had any Pain au chocolate, Croissants or Chocolate Torsades. They need to change their toaster, takes too long to toast a bread. The scrambled egg recipe needs to be improved, 1 day I had a scrambled egg with veggies which was better than just the plain scrambled eggs I had for my entire 10 nights in this hotel.

The hotel needs some fixing, like the chair we had in our first room was broken I had to replace it my self. The room wasn’t big as shown in the images. Entrance of the room was really narrow, I couldn’t take our babies stroller inside the room as there was no space at the entrance. We had to change our room in the next 1-2 days. The table under the tv was full of scratches and needed replacement in the bigger room we shifted to. The toilet tap was broken in one of the rooms we lived in the last night. As I said some repairs are needed.

We liked the location, because it was close to everything whether you go left or right. We had a nice balcony with a view. Every day you receive two free bottles of water, Helpful and friendly staff. Nice cleaning ladies and a lovely cafeteria lady. They also allowed to leave luggage in the waiting room until our flight time and called the restaurant for us to make a reservation. All in all it is not a bad hotel if you want to stay on a budget but still have a nice neat room.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It is worn out. The reception desk has scratches, it gives such an unwelcome look, a big window at the waiting hall is broken, The windows in our room were dirty, curtains had stains and the toilet brush didn't have a handle. The breakfast was so so, on top of that if you come at 9 there will be no food left and you need to wait for them to refill. They confirmed to me a Double bed twice, but when we arrived we got twin beds. I booked a Triple Room for my parents but got a double one. At the end of our stay they asked me to give them a good review preferably a ten, I was shocked by the audacity and said no, it will not be a ten for sure.

We would rate this place 20 out of 10 if we could!! Absolutely loved staying here. We stayed in the double room with Balcony on the 3rd floor. Upon check-in, we were shown 2 options which we liked both but chose one with the river view in the end. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay which we will never forget! The room was clean and comfortable, with super friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was an absolute feast, we loved the quality and variety of food that was offered. There was no problem with a late check-out and we felt super comfortable staying in the lobby area. All in all, a perfect location and a lovely stay, we are sad to leave and planning to come back here again with family!
