Very nice place, convenient for any visit in the area, the caves as well as Icod. Hostel is vast, clean and tidy. Staff ready to support at any point.

Parking situation, off season was difficult can't even imagine the issues in season. Not very popular off season, so people pleade keep on coming!

It was actually a good long-term solution, for two weeks, where I could cook and study/work online. The terrace and the kitchen were great. And thank you for the breakfast, you did a good job considering the possibilities. I worked at a breakfast buffet in a hotel for 14 months, and I saw the effort and the system at your place.

Obviously, there were sick people and others who snored very loudly in the room, so it was impossible to sleep well for two nights. The cars were also very loud under the window, so there was rarely any silence. If you are a bad sleeper and want a comfortable bed, choose another place.

My stay at Drago Hostel was much better than expectet. The Hostel is very clean. The Staff cleaning every day, so you find nowhere dirt. The Hostel has everything you need. Enough space in the Kitchen with perfect equipment. Every room has a box in the fridge where you can keep your food. The Hostel has a big roofgarden with a nice view on the sea or the pico de teide. Furthermore there is a washing service and you get a good breakfast. The Staff is really nice. Very friendly people so you will love to hang out with them for having a good conversation or playing cards etc. (If you want). And the food they made like breakfast or dinner (selfmade cake, Humus, Pizza for example) is awesome. So i can fully recommend this place 👍🏻

Very pleasant hostel and a good place to stay on a budget. We had a private room and shared bathroom which were very clean and tidy. Check in was good, as was the wi-fi, kitchen facilities and lovely terrace on top of the building where a simple continental style breakfast was put out each day. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient.

We found the room very cool at night but as it was March, I imagine this would be an advantage in Summer! It didn't really bother us but be aware that the hostel is quite high up in town so if you arrive on a bus, expect to climb several very steep slopes!

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Tenerife. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I absolutely loved the terrace—it was huge and very cozy. The free breakfast around a huge table encourages guests to meet and socialize, creating a warm atmosphere. Great value for money and an excellent location. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I also appreciated the curtains on the beds, which added a sense of privacy, and the spacious kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed

There were a few downsides. There were no lockers for personal belongings — everyone’s things were just scattered on the floor. There were small lockers available, but they were all already occupied, which was surprising. Additionally, there were no hooks in the bathrooms, making it a bit inconvenient. Noise from the street can also be an issue for someone.

I can highly recommend this place! The owner and the staff is truly amazing and most of all the vibe is super nice. You can choose to have your own space or connect with the other tenants how ever you prefer and that’s a big plus. We extend our stay for several days because of the amazing vibe, two big terrace for breakfast and social interaction. Also yoga mats, books and game area. Smoking Area is separate with a cozy terrace, super cool and most of all respectful vibe over all. Full kitchen with all supplies available and you can buy your own things and store in a box with your room number. Amazing hostel experience 🧘🏼‍♀️🌅🐉🍀🏝️

A very very nice stay. Staff caring and organised. Kitchen and bathroom kept clean at all times. Showers offer instant hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast served on time, good variety of food to chose from. I loved the home backed cakes which were included in the breakfast. Walking distance to the centre. Beautiful sea views. Staff and volunters are very kind, when i got sick the owner give me a privat room so i can have a rest and helped me with renting a car. Thank you soo much, would recomend if you are in Icos de los vinos!!

Location of the hostel is up the hill, i took a taxi from Estacion Icod to the hostel, since i had a lot of laguage, also the market is not so close down the hill.. the hostel is located on the street, so you can hear a noice from the street..

The hostel is in a good location and you can find parking easily around. The rooms with private room are good and enough for staying some days. The breakfast is very nice and also the kitchen is very organized 😊 The personal in general were super friendly with us.

First they gave us room 1 which is near to the street, it was very loud and we couldn’t sleep that well. However once we express that they moved us to the other room with private toilet way more quiet. The rooms are very dark, a little bit more of light would be great.

This is one of my favourite hostels on the island. Simple and pleasant. The views from the rooftop are stunning with mount Teide watching majestically over the area. The town is charming and you’ll find good hiking trails around. The hostel is calm and has great outdoor facilities, and the breakfast is surprisingly good with a variety of options.

The bed mattresses in the dorm room are quite worn out, and many other things need fixing or replacement.
