Ability to service large family and willingness to accommodate. Management also happy to allow small boat to stay on site and made check in / check out a breeze.

A little further from main beach than we would have liked but we chose to stay here for the accommodation and amenities. Would absolutely return.

Good location. Spacious and clean apartment with all amenities provided. The kitchen was the perfect size with everything provided. Great communication from the manager. Was very quiet at the time we were there.

The bed wasn't comfortable as I could feel the springs, and the pillows were too high, so I didn't sleep well. The room rate is high considering the low demand - we seemed to be the only guests in the entire complex.

It was more then what we expected! Staying just 1 night whilst our home was getting painted inside - We accidentally arrived early and forgetting to let host know in advance but was glad to be accommodated anyways. The apartment was so spacious, beautiful and well equipped. We were in the two bedroom and across the property is plenty of trails down to the waterfront beach! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Excellent facilities and suitable to swimming and beach trips. The pool was excellently maintained. Staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful.

The toilet cystern kept running which made it hard to sleep. There were missing vertical blinds so the sunlight came through early.

Very quite location, 50c passenger ferry ride or $70 return. Vehicle bookings a must. You have your own island, own beaches. Great places to eat especially the bar and grill. That opens Wednesday to Sunday. But if you stay a while, please do grocery shopping as there is no shopping facilities.

Our stay at Seminara was exceptional. We had 2 bedroom unit no 10, very spacious and comfortable located at the end of the complex. Our 2 children loved it. Both the apartment and the pool were very clean. Location very quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the beach.

We liked everything

This was a peaceful and relaxing stay with a sparkling pool to shake off the heat of the day. Great place to meet up with family .. the BBQ can be brought to your door and the grounds are well kept and inviting.

Good value for money very spacious . Has a pool for my family to enjoy too. Location I really liked , close enough to everything to walk but away from the noise and travellers.

Some of furniture needs an upgrade but that’s probably why it’s cheaper to stay.

Though on a lovely Island... once in the room, you had no views of the ocean or of the forest
