I want to be able to rate this 7 stars out of 5. It was just that amazing. The room was stunning, the bed super comfortable, the house immaculate with everything needed. The furniture was very, very good quality. The breakfast was self-serve with plenty of options (the fresh fruit bowl was enormous). The pool was divine. My room had an enormous spa in it, which I didn't get time to use - but it was there if I wanted to take advantage. The area was so quiet and it was an easy walk to the Raby Bay public jetty and the Cleveland train station.

Fabulous property, it felt luxurious. Loved the view, loved everything about it. Great to have so many options for breakfast. Fabulous cleaner who made us feel great, lovely host. Everything was awesome.

Originally felt nervous not knowing who was coming to stay, but met some really nice people, felt like an upmarket boarding house where you got to know others stories over breakfast.

Beautifully decorated home with a lovely outdoor area with infinity pool and spa on a canal.

Didnt realise the bathroom and toilet were shared with other guests, as was the whole house. Not my thing, but my fault for misreading the description. Expected a hot breakfast for the price, but only cereal, bread, yoghurt and fruit. Nothing I could or would eat except the fruit.

Annaleise was a fantastic host. Encouraging us to make the most of the accommodation and use the pool, paddle boards etc. Very welcoming. The cleaner Jen was also lovely if you’re lucky enough to have a laugh with her. The bed was amazing, the provided breakfast was tasty and the property is gorgeous.

It was a bit of a trek if you’re walking. There is also only 1 toilet to share between 4 rooms so you are reliant on all the fellow guests being clean which in our case at least one person wasn’t. The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms at least.

The place is amazing really. Yet a bit isolated when you come by public transport.

The remotness of the place as it prevented us from basically doing anything. Luckily, Chris and his familly did drive us to find food as on 25th absolutely everything was closed in town and 26th we found 1 place. With no car... Not much choice to be honest especially with the storms where should we have gone. I asked the question and was told that it's easy. I would have rented the car before actually.

Full array of breakfast options to pick from, abundance of cafes nearby. House is well located, offering privacy and a chance for the family to meet up and relax. All amenities were on offer and Jen, the cleaner, was a delight. Last, but not least Arnaleise and Dan our hosts, were warm, friendly and great to deal with, from our arrival right through to our departure.

The view from the loggia is breath taking. Located directly on the waterfront, the access to the bay was only separated by a pool and spa.

The breakfast at this B&B is diy. When you are on holidays you might want a bit of pampering. So, Europeans watch out! It's a bit different to what you might be used to. Other than that ... spit on!!!

Our hostess Annelise was amazing. She made us feel like we were family and we had been there a thousand times before. We were very warmly welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was high quality.

an option for a cooked breakfast would be the only thing that could have added to our experience. However, saying that, there were plenty of healthy options for breakfast to choose from. Including barista coffee and all sorts of teas.

Felt like a home away from home. Host was fantastic and really hospitable. Water views were amazing and the pool was also excellent.

Massive selection for the breakfast, walking distance to some lovely restaurants, Analise the owner is absolutely beautiful inside and out she made our stay very inviting, her home is stunning and i would not hesitate in recommending her B&B she is amazing.

Nothing every thing was exceptional.
