The location was perfect. It was right in the centre of the old town, between 2 popular streets for restaurants and amber shops but this street was quiet. It's also attached to a lovely fine dining restaurant, Fino, which is recommend. We had a 2 bed apartment which was nice for some space.

Although it looked clean, the carpet seemed to smell in the hall and apartment. I think it might have been shampooed but still seemed to have a stale smell so we aired the place out regularly. The decor is a bit dated. I think a new carpet and updated decor would make this place a more comfortable stay.

I had a lovely corner very sunny room - spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very varied and plenty ofit, as were the beverages and juices offered - excellent, thank you.

A single duvet on a double bed. I move a lot, whilst asleep, so it kept coming off.

I enjoyed staying at this excellent hotel for an entire week while on business, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every way, offering thoughtful, personalized service that truly made me feel at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Academy of Fine Arts and within easy reach of the old town, museums, shopping, and more. The train station is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away, making travel effortless. The breakfast was excellent, offering various cold and hot options to start the day right. But what truly set this hotel apart was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay not only comfortable but genuinely memorable. A five-star experience all around—I highly recommend it!

The room was a great size with cooking facilities, a sitting room area and a seperate sleeping room. Great value for money considering the size of the room

Breakfast wasnt very good and poor selection in our opinion. The smell of bleach and cleaning products was also a little overwhelming on our floor. Lastly it is a very convenient location but very loud during the night from people partying on the street, or in the morning when trash collection comes by.

Comfortable hotel in a superb central location, just off the waterfront. Friendly, courteous and efficient staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Large well-appointed room with a spacious fridge. My room overlooked a quiet square with a view of St Mary's Basilica, and was very peaceful. Overall I couldn't be happier

I asked for a double bed and what I got was two single beds pushed together, with a large sheet covering both. But this was not a big issue. I was a little bit surprised that there were no English-language news channels on the TV. But again, this was not a big issue

The hotel is in an amazing location central to the old town and river front around lots of quirky bars and food. The lady on reception was very helpful recommending traditional Polish food locally and this was lovely. The room had great views of the church and despite other comments the bells do not ring all night, they can be heard at 9am very lightly but is a nice alarm clock. There are a lovely flock of jackdaws outside the window but they didnt cause any problems really lovely to see common in Poland. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. There is access to tea coffee water and fridge in the room. There is also a safe which can be locked. There is also a hair dryer. I would say 1 pillow is not enough but the staff are so helpful if you were to ask for another then this wouldn't be a problem. The beds are comfy and clean. The curtains are really good blackouts great to sleep. The towels are beautifully Fluffy and thick with a separate temperature controlled radiator in the bathroom. The temperature did fluctuate in the shower but not too excessively. Overall I would really recommend this place!

Definitely go out for breakfast as breakfast wasn't great and there are so many amazing bistros nearby, convenient for last day breakfast. The shower did fluctuate in temperature and pressure but wasn't too much that you couldn't continue the shower.

Apart Neptun was absolutely perfect for what my husband and I were looking for in a short trip to Gdańsk. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was perfect and we loved the kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and cooktop in order to make food while we stayed for 3 days. The bed and blankets were SO comfortable! We were also just a walk around the corner from Old Town's main shopping and restaurant section. We had many options for food, shopping, and even bowling and billiards one night.

The heat on high made the room very hot, but thankfully we could turn it down, open the window as well as use the fan that they supplied in the room :)

Apart Neptun is overally an excellent place to stay in Gdansk! We were in close proximity to all features of the city.( Neptun Statue is 1 street away, train station only a 10 min walk off, Motlawa is a short several minutes walk, tons of bars&restaurant around) Also i might add, from price/quality perspective this place is a gem! I highly recommend it to anyone. Ps. In our last day we tried the breakfast as well. It was quite basic but everything was fresh &tasty.

In our first night there was a slight smell of food being cooked coming from the ventilators in the room but we didnt mind it. However, maybe management wants to get this checked.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, situated in the city centre with all the main sightseeing attractions within walking distance. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service at the reception. They were incredibly responsive and adaptable, ready to assist with any changes or requests, even though I didn’t end up needing to reschedule anything. It was clear that they were always prepared to accommodate guests’ needs.
