I liked the location. It was convenient to the activities that I had identified prior to arriving. The property was new or new Ish and very clean.

Parking was at an offsite but gate secured but uncovered lot. The lot was full the night that I stayed at the hotel. Thus there were no parking spaces available when I returned from my evening activities. It just happened to be on a very rainy day and so it was a challenge finding a place to park Walking to the hotel in the rain resulted in me getting wet. It was not ideal.

This was an overnight getaway for our family of 4. Decor, lighting, finishes, millwork, even the lobby restrooms were all spot on and well executed, that is to say, it doesn’t JUST look great in the photos. The sauna was fantastic, the room was spacious and well appointed, the beds were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the Sunday brunch. High quality and diverse menu offerings. As my 12 year old said, “this food slaps!” We’ll definitely be back.

Wish I could have experienced the rooftop lounge, but that was closed by 10 when we were there. This was a problem with my schedule, not the hotel. I’m sure it was also top notch. One recommendation, only because I’m in hospitality design, the sign on the wall at the front desk could be more “elevated” in appearance. Compared with all the other choices and attention to detail, it looked like it may be a place holder until the real sign arrives.

This hotel is only three months old, so although I loved that it had all 5 star reviews, I wondered if the small number of reviewers meant the score was loaded. It wasn't! This hotel deserves its early reputation. Sitting smack in the middle of town, it is luxurious and welcoming with lovely clean, elegant rooms; their high ceilings and tall windows sporting giant curtains to match. The decor is contemporary but classy, and all the fittings and furnishings are high class and beautifully thought out including a roomy bathroom with instant hot water from the fancy shower. (There was a thermostatic kettle and even an umbrella on the coat stand!) That's just the room! The staff are extremely friendly, and the manager Vlad, was charming and couldn't have been more helpful. I received a particularly warm welcome and several unexpected perks and small upgrades, all of which just added to the general feel of beneficence in the hotel, and an air of actually wanting to please. In addition the rooftop bar on floor 5 is truly excellent with its glass windows, panoramic views, comfortable seating-areas and indoor fire wall as well as a large, attractive, firepit-rich outside area (with views over the lake and up to Milwaukee), all lending to a splendid atmosphere. And I can vouch for both the drinks, the snack plates and charcuterie board there, all of which were delicious with smart smiling service. I cannot speak for the breakfast because I didn't make it up on time, (it's earlier on the weekdays) but nevertheless Vlad saw me right and dug out a generous plate of pastries from the kitchen for me. I know that this hotel may seem a little expensive but this is not just a superficial money-making institution - I really felt good while I was staying here and that made it all worthwhile.

Absolutely beyond amazing. The hotel is a gem. As a Racine native, I cannot believe I'm in Racine when I'm there. I live in SF, and it could easily be an SF hotel (though it would be 5x the cost in SF!). The room is fantastic. Bed is super comfortable, everything is high tech and high quality and stylish. But the very best part, by far, is the fantastic staff. They have gone above and beyond to support me during my stay. Their kindness has been unparalleled. Everyone, from front desk to bartenders to management, has been unbelievably helpful, kind, generous, positive, and just incredibly gracious. Stay here!! You will not regret it.

I have nothing to say here. The place is fabulous. The staff is fabulous. The food and drinks are excellent. The wine list is impressive! The views from the rooftop bar are gorgeous. Everything is perfectly on point.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars etc.

No breakfast included in the price, which was already quite expensive. Extra $150 deposit not advertised at time of booking

the king pillows were way too hard, with no option in the room for a softer pillow, same was true for pillows in double queen room, the parking lot with gates seemed unprotected

The facilities were top notch. The materials of the rooms, bathrooms and design were superior

We were there in the low season. Unfortunately not many guests so the restaurants were not very accommodating. The bistro opened at 11.00 which was too late for breakfast

It was clean, great rooftop bar, great location, comfy beds.

Location was great! Extra touches in the room. More space than a typical hotel room. Loads of restaurants and things to do in the area. Rooftop bar was modern and comfy. Great views. Staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was good.

Great location with fabulous rooms and rooftop lounge/bar. Easy self parking at low cost.

For the cost I would have expected the room to be cleaned or tidied everyday. The bathrooms need towel rails.
