The motel was a great value for this area in summer. It’s a bit run down, but it’s scrupulously clean, in a safe and convenient location, was very quiet, and had lovely and helpful staff. Overall, a BTE experience for a cheap hotel in this area. We’d definitely stay there again.

Really, it had everything we needed except morning coffee. The physical plant is down at the heels, but I’d certainly rather stay in a dowdy but clean and safe place than pay twice as much for an updated on.

I couldn’t believe the price for what we got. This is the biggest hotel room I’ve ever been in, it was the one located left at the office so I don’t know if the others are as good as this…rm 2. I wasn’t expecting to have a couch, kitchen, And dining table. The owner or front desk person was just great. It was so cool we were that close to water at such an affordable price

Nice room, comfortable bed. Very helpful man in the office. Couldn't fault the room. Don't understand why there are so many bad reviews?? Just goes to show...... don't believe everything you read/hear

I liked everything other than the three pillows. Maybe have four pillows instead of three.

Room was large beds comfortable. There was heat and A/C both worked. Parking was great. Customer service was great.

Bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. Floor around toilet were soft and toilet was not secure to floor. Shower pressure was low.

The room was clean the beds were comfortable it was stocked with the necessities

The room had a musty smell that is my only complaint
