I loved the location, it was pretty close to the stores, lake, and the casinos. It was easy to get around and everything was within 10 min of walking. The staff was also friendly and provided us with a lake pass for the private lake (we would’ve paid $30/person if it wasn’t for them) and also provided us with an umbrella and hat for the heat. Also the room came with snacks and it was pretty clean and cozy! Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend. Would definitely come back again.

The bed was a little too firm to our liking and there was no elevator to the 2nd floor so we had to carry all our luggage.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the heavenly village made it a prime spot. When we began our journey, we received a text the day of with the lockbox code to pick up our key cards. This was very efficient. When we entered the room it was very clean and comfortable. Even clean floors for when you get out of the shower and walk on the floor, I dislike having my feet get dirty instantly. ( That has happened at some hotels in other cities. Great view of the mountain from the lounge chair as well.

The heater unit made some weird ruffling noise when we used it at night. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The front desk reception attendant was really friendly and helpful. Loved the European style of the hotel but with plenty of space. Two queen beds, table, small fridge, microwave. Great linens. Great idea to have hard floors (no carpet)

Not a fan of bathroom sinks that are bowls sitting above the counter. I'm only 5'4" tall and it's hard for me to wash my face. Wish the fridge had been turned on ahead. We packed food for next day BF, lunch on the slopes and dinner. we put it all in the fridge only to discover in the morning that it had not been on all night. Fortunately food was not spoiled but our ice packs were water. We could hear the baby in the next room and the person snoring in the other room nearby. Hard floors mean less cozy.

Kyle from front desk is super helpful. Our room was clean and housekeeping is responsive. We found our beds and pillows to be comfortable, shower heater was working well. Overall, a pleasant stay. Location is also convenient. Parking is free for hotel guests.

Beds were a little too high to climb on and base is made of metal. The motion sensor light was also a bit distracting for our baby. But those are minor concerns and don't affect overall opinion of the pleasant stay.

Clean, large and elegant rooms, very superior to the structures with similar price. Friendly owners helped us browsing the local attractions, they also provided us with solar protection and towels for the beach!!! The hotel is easy to reach and the parking is very comfortable. I worked in turism and I can tell that the service is well above the expectations. I booked for my group of friends, they complimented me for the choice! 😎✨️

The room was super clean and met all the amenities that we wanted. Had plenty of towels, and if you forgot your shampoo or toothbrush, they provide that along with toothpaste. The bed was really comfortable.

The ice machine was broken down, and I had to ask the front desk for ice. There wasn't a place to hang your towels after use. The A/C unit is noisy and can be toned out after a few hours.

The room/bathroom were incredibly clean. And I really appreciated the functionality of the room - it had enough (the right kind) of storage for ski gear. Additionally, the guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful in finding us a solution for a predicament we were in (they didn't have to or need to help, but they did! And we were all very grateful!) This is by far one of the best ski hotels I've stayed at. I would stay again!

This hotel is convenient to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area which provides plenty of choices for restaurants, bars, activities, and shopping. The upgrades to the room are top-notch!

It was hit or miss to find someone in the office. The ice machine seems to have been out of commission for awhile, but they offer ice at the office; if anyone is there. That is my only complaint.
