Very comfortable bed!!! Bathroom was roomy and shower was great.

The staff was uninterested and lacked any hospitality. When I check in I like information on dining, pool hours, housekeeping, amenities etc. None of these were provided. Parking was awkward-handed us a card with no explanation. Breakfast was included on my reservation-husband was charged and after a few texts we were reimbursed. Again-due to a lack of information from staff.

The staff was excellent and prompt meeting our needs. Food and drinks were good and quick service. Location to airport was perfect. Hotel provided free shuttle to airport & back to hotel to pick up our vehicle. Hotel provides paid parking to leave vehicle at site upon return.

Bathroom doors were kind of see through and don't recommend to share a room if you feel uncomfortable on others watching you.

We got there late and left before six in the morning so didn’t use any other service of the motel and only had contact when checking in.

The shuttle was great and took us to the international airport. However wee we’re flying on Alegesnt and had to find one of the policeman on duty to find out how to get to the south airport, wait at the airport and then get to Alligeant air. Fortunately we had arrived early enough to get it all done. Our fault that we didn’t ask before we went on the shuttle. Would the shuttle for the hotel take us to the south terminal?

The thoughtful, contemporary decor of the rooms was a real lift. Everything seemed clean and new. The bathroom and shower were well lit and spacious. I loved the breakfast: I’d much rather pay $10-12 for a delicious dish that I choose (I ordered sides of toast and avocado, and the price was reasonable) than have a free buffet of mass-produced items that I don’t want to eat. The staff was also friendly and attentive. I’ll stay at the Cambria again in a heartbeat if I need a hotel near the airport.

Very convenient to the airport; really appreciated the very late-night shuttle service. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the hotel just has a great, friendly vibe. Breakfast was great--terrific brisket breakfast tacos! Not free, but reasonably priced for the quality. We were not planning an overnight but got stuck and made a late reservation--so the Cambria was a very pleasant, unexpected surprise. So much so that we are booking a stay at the Cambria in Portland, ME in September.

Not a lively or interesting part of the city, but if you want to be close to the airport ...

Location was awesome - less than 8 minutes to downtown area, very clean hotel overall, rooms very spacious. Had high expectations due to other great reviews, however this property exceeded my expectations. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. My mom sent a package to me as it was my birthday and the front desk called me to let me know they would send it up to my room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially if you are traveling with kids/family/etc.

Nothing! Literally everything was amazing and everything was so clean so I was very happy.

This was one of the cleanest hotels near an airport that I have ever seen. If I am traveling through Austin again for a short visit, I would glady stay here again.

The prices of snacks are too high. I understand a business has to make money, but $6.00 for a snickers is way too much.

Because this is a question here, here is an answer. Initial room’s a/c was not working. For me that was not a problem because we got moved to a different room.

The hotel is convenient for the airport and the bus into Austin. The room was a good size and the staff very helpful. They provided milk for tea and allowed a late check out. We didn't use the pool as the weather was awful.

The shuttle bus is only every 30 minutes which is a bit of a pain. The coffee machine was a bit of a waste of time. I do think hotels in Austin are expensive

I skipped breakfast the day I checked out. Even though I was on time, the server didn't bother to check if I needed anything. I tried to get her attention twice, but no luck. Ended up just grabbing a coffee to go instead. On the bright side, the coffee was fantastic. Hopefully, they can step up the customer service during breakfast hours.
