Great staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are good sizes with comfortable beds. Good central location, local restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Ortigia a few minutes drive away with lots more dining choices and shopping. Breakfast was always good, choices for everyone. Evening drinks, dinner and desserts available at the rooftop restsurant. Nice Gym and Spa facilities too. The rooftop pool and area is quite small, but serves its purpose. It's not a hotel for a pool holiday, which wasnt our intention anyway. Easy to travel to other parts of the island from here. Beaches closeby in all directions, though you do need a car.

This was the perfect place to end a week travelling all around Sicily! The privilege rooms were spacious and comfortable with great showers. The rooftop pool was busy but so good to spend the afternoons in relaxing and enjoying the view with cocktails from the bar. I also really liked that it was easy to drive to and park in as it was on a main road with a large driveway. Bar staff are very friendly.

Although I am an Accor member I booked through booking.com as it was cheaper than my member rate. The checkin staff were not as friendly as Accor staff usually are when I book direct and even commented that I should have booked direct. The privilege rooms have mini bars which I was told would be replenished daily but they weren’t, and one of the rooms had a drink that the previous occupant had already half drunk (this was replaced when I advised checkin staff)

Every member of staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Any request was dealt with immediately, even when we phoned the hotel for a taxi from Ortigia. They also fixed our broken wheelchair in 10 minutes. The room was a good size with every attention to detail. Big comfortable bed. Lovely food in the restaurant. Clean pool. A garage and parking, essential for us as we came by car. There were some historical sites nearby but for Ortigia, it’s a longish walk. We took a taxi down and back.

My wife and I stayed here for a week-it is in a good location, very easy to walk to the old town, about 15 minutes. However it is right beside all the old archaeological digs-at the top of the town-because the hotel is on a hill you get wonderful views from the rooftop bar and swimming pool- the bedroom was of decent size with good quality Wi-Fi. The food at breakfast was fine, my wife and I are both vegetarians and we had plenty to choose from. We had our own car that we hired at the airport so it was great to have a very safe parking area provided by the hotel-

This is the second time we've stayed here in the space of a few days. This stay was even better. The hotel is first class, it welcomes you from the moment you walk through the door. The reception staff remembered us from our previous visit and were professional and friendly. The room, facilities and staff were superb. We used the swimming pool on this occasion and the area is spotlessly clean. The food and service was excellent. It's probably my favourite hotel in the Accor group.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. The car parking is free and it’s about a three minute walk to the spectacular Syracusa archeological park. About 30 minutes on foot to the old town, and easy access to leave the city to get to the airport. Express breakfast available for early leavers.

I would definitely stay here again, but the hotel is part of a large chain so does of have the charm of some of the smaller hotels. It was perfect for us this time, however.

The location was excellent, across the road from the archaeological ruins and only a 10 minute drive to the Ortigia island. The staff were friendly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and modern and the pool was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and also would recommend Lorenzo if you want to treat yourself to a massage in their wellness clinic. He is professional and amazing at his job.

Super nice breakfast; Rooftop pool has a great atmosphere. The location is good, you canwalk over to the Arechological Park Neapolis. Also, Parking is very convenient.

The hotel is located next to a busy street, and the rooms are quite noisy. Our first room was facing the street, so we kindly asked for a different, quiter room. We then got sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned yet and was full of diapers, had to wait there for the next room for a while. Staff apologized and upgraded us to a bigger room. The rooms are still quite noisy, and also not getting really dark at night despite the curtains. Shower equipment is super rusty and dirty. The free POArking Lot is not guarded!

Great hotel with superb breakfast and really good dinner. Lovely bar on the 6th floor. Great staff.

Problems with the room key on a couple of occasions and a couple were allowed to smoke in the bar area instead of using a designated smoking area. It affected my breathing and I had to leave the bar. I mentioned it to one of the bar staff.
