The location was ideal both in being able to walk to everything and also just being in the room the view of the river was beautiful. Get a riverview room on the 2nd or 3rd floor if possible, it's worth it! The free bike rentals also made for a fun day trip as Winnipeg is very flat and well-suited to cycling. The room was very large and clean, the big window in the bathroom was cool and the shower was large with a fun dual shower head.

There was a mini bar which was fun but it would have been nice if a couple bottles of water were included in the price of the room. The ice machine in the hallway was really loud, but I think it will be fixed.

No breakfast options for people with mobility issues. Ie no continental breakfast and anything in the fridge has to be paid for at an elevated price. The parking lot is not big enough and I paid for parking for 2 nights. On the second night we had to park on the street despite paying for a spot. Again...wouldn't be an issue except when you have someone with mobility issues, it makes a difference.

Nice location, very clean, staff absolutely perfect, very caring and polite and helpful. The view on the river was very nice, except that it would have been nicer if not for the architectural decoration of the outside getting in the way of the view.

There is not even a coffe shop in the restaurant and you need to walk several blocks in order to find a café in the morning. The sitting area in the lounge is uncomfortable; the only place where you can be in the hotel is your room, and there is only one very uncomfortable chair there to sit. I would say that the hotel and the rooms are under-equipped for the price we paid.

The waterfront location was great, adjacent parking lot, easy walk to breakfast and museums, good coffee in room, hot showers, comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning.

Very little sound proofing from hallway and neighbouring rooms so anyone talking or making noise was easy to hear. Had to park on the street if the hotel lot was full.

As soon as you walk in, the clean, fresh reception area with helpful staff immediately tells you you've made a good choice. Lovely room overlooking the river, many charging stations and sockets.. Perfect! Sadly we only stayed for one night, it wasn't enough. Loved it!

We are travelling through Canada and I'd have welcomed a laundry. Otherwise no complaints at all.

A lovely location, next to the lake. Hotel decor was quite modern with a very clean, well run establishment. Rooms were very well appointed, with very comfortable bed leading to a good night’s sleep. The Cibo” restaurant just outside hotel doors was not only convenient but great value, food, service

Parking is limited and first come first serve. We got the last spot.

Location is excellent for everything we wanted to see and do

It would've been nice to have a couple of chairs in the room to sit on rather than having to always sit on the bed. We wanted to rent the bicycles but one of them was broken .

Excellent location, super comfortable beds, clean. Lovely decor.

Shower pressure a little lacking Would have been nice to have a chair to sit in- or cushions on the bench to enjoy the beautiful view. Better parking. We cancelled our rental car due to the poor reviews.

The location near the river is good. Also we like being able to walk to the Forks and the museum of human rights.. The restaurant Cibo is just steps away and we enjoy it although we wish that it still served breakfast.

Parking can be a problem as the lot is small although you can park on the street until 8 am. The air conditioner is a bit noisy.

Great location to explore the main sites of Winnipeg including the Forks and Exchange District. Decent number of bars and restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive when the Winnipeg winter is in full force. Room was very large, with a king bed that overlooked the river. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Would definitely recommend for any visitor to Winnipeg.
