Well appointed for our needs, comfortable bed and linen, aircon that worked and a hot shower. Kettle and toaster, and iron if needed. The TV was large and had a selection of channels. I wasn't sure about logging on to the exotic stuff so settled for ABC iView for distraction. There were enough power outlets to power and recharge devices and altogether it was a pleasant stay. We booked online and chose it because we got a nice discount.

The parking spaces were narrow. It didn't help that a large SUV parked beside us had door edges chipped from previous altercations with walls or vehicles. I parked the car around the corner on Ruthven Street and retrieved it to pack up next morning.

Lovely renovated room. Host called at 4.15 to check our arrival, and arranged to leave a key for us, as he was going out. The room was a good size and well set out. The shower was lovely and hot almost instantly. Would I stay here again? Yes - but I'd hope the kitchenette was improved a little.

What didn't I like? The Kitchenette.There was only 1 fork in the cutlery supplied in the kitchenette for 2 people - 2 of everything else. Love my husband, but don't want to share cutlery with him. By the time I realised that - the office was shut (just after 6 p.m.) Only bread and butter plates supplied - no dinner plates (lucky we travel with a picnic set). No microwave dish to heat a meal - but that seems to be the case in every motel we stay in (maybe one is available if you ask??) The bed was just a little firm for us - but not too bad (at least my legs didn't go numb). Overall, pretty good value.

The bed was bigger than expected maybe imagination?! We have stayed at the hotel before in another room. This seemed to us a better room. Parking was better than before, the room having diagonal parking ... last time it was straight in with little room on either side with 4WDs cramping the car with worry about getting dinged. I parked on the road around the corner last time. Room was clean with a good layout, the bed was large and comfortable, AirCon was good, all the appliances one might need and the shower hot.

The parking situation was so easy and didn’t have to think a crazy lot about where to park as it’s numbered and next to the room, easy access off the main road, intimate parking and didn’t have to worry about the car all night, the room was incredible and modern, the brick walls give privacy, the bathroom was immaculate and clean as was the room, aircon was clean, tv with Netflix and the bed don’t even get me started. The bed was incredible and soft, clean with white bed sheets.

Nothing to not like. Just make sure you only have a small trailer or check and call them as parking is quite intimate but there is space to manoeuvre.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great that it came with free wifi. In a nice area of Toowoomba and close to Grand Central. Owners are really lovely and great to deal with. Good price especially for that time of year (during Farm Fest).

Bathroom could be updated as you could tell it was a little older and run down but it was functional and that's all that matters.

All the facilities in the room were excellent except the fridge froze the milk so guys you need a new fridge. (ha ha)

The noise from the crisis accommodation people in 13 was a bit disturbing but after chatting with you I can empathise and understand, but when I next book will double check how many are staying as crisis care accommodation. Sad to say though as venue, facilities and staff all are excellent.

Very clean. Well set out. More than happy to place us in a fifferent room with a firmer bed next time. Heated room was lovely.

Bed in room 10 was a little soft but the lady said they were trialling new beds. Lady wad most appreciative of the feedback and said next time she would place us in a room with a firmer mattress.

The ease of check in and out, air con and great shower! Location 10/10!

The smell of the carpet cleaner perhaps (awesome it was clean as) Stronger door security would of felt abit more relaxed at night (mother with her children so felt a tad vulnerable however so could just be my nerves 🙂) Everything minus these tiny things, was easy as and nice front office man.

I loved that the staff would let me arrive late on my first night, leave a key out for me in a sensible spot and pay by my Visa Card the next day. Bed was comfy, TV a good size, microwave was easy to use, fridge had milk, T bags and coffee and biscuits provided. Shower was great too. I will return next time I need a place to stay in Toowoomba!

I have no complaints at all!

A wonderful motel with comfortable bed, lots of kitchen utensils, Smart TV, marked parking spot at the door and relatively quiet. I arrived just after 6pm and Trent was waiting for me very friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Well worth a stay.
