We went to a concert at vanAndel Arena and booked an overnight stay at this location since it was a two hour trip for us to get there. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower. We also had a complementary breakfast bar you provided.

The only thing we did not like about the facility was that there was not a fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice modern looking lobby complete with pool table, a snack area and a wonderful pool. The room was clean and the lobby area was spotless.

The lighting in the room could be a bit better as the lights tended to be dim.

Clean, location was great, room was big and comfortable.

Unfortunately, noise level was quite high in the room, easily hear walking from rooms above and TV from room next door at night.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast, however I wish the hours were extended from 7-9am to 7-10am

I wish there was a microwave and coffee maker in the room. I had to eat my leftovers cold!

The bed was very comfortable, liked the walk-in shower, and the TV was huge. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good, too.

There aren't enough parking spaces. I had to park at the closed down fast food place next door.

Location was convenient, well managed inside and out, aesthetically pleasing, and quiet.

The property is always clean and I know exactly what to expect. The front desk is so kind and welcoming.

They changed breakfast sausage to chicken instead of pork. Hahaha

Breakfast was pretty good! Great options and loved the convenient pancake maker. No mess!

The beds are not very comfortable. We woke up many times throughout the night from tossing and turning. I think the bed frames are a little weird.
