Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in April 2025. Location for grotto was excellent! Ryan greeted us on arrival and was very attentive to our needs throughout our time, doing everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. Ryan went over and above in securing a wheelchair for my mum, when the company we booked through let us down, and even used his contacts to get us a taxi when there was an error in the booking and we couldn’t secure another one. We wouldn’t have made our flight without him! Hotel has a lift and rooms were spotless. Hotel also has a small shop too so ask Ryan if you need anything, before buying elsewhere. Will definitely return again. Thanks for everything Ryan!

What I really liked about the apart-hotel was the location — it was excellent. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sanctuary, which made it very convenient for our visit. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

One thing we didn’t particularly like was the towel policy — we were only provided towels at the beginning of our stay, and any additional towel changes required an extra charge. It would have been more convenient if at least one towel refresh was included for longer stays. Additionally, guests are required to leave the kitchen completely clean and tidy, or else a €30 cleaning fee applies. While we understand the need for cleanliness, it felt a bit strict considering the cost of the stay

If you plan to visit or work at the Lourdes sanctuary, this is a good option because from the hotel, it's only a 7-8 minute walk away. The room has a refrigerator, a stove with oven, microwave etc.. so we didn't have to eat out in restaurants all the time. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the City or the Monoprix for groceries (it's walkable but uphill). That same bus also goes to the train station for 1 euro so there's no need to pay for a taxi.

Bath towels are only changed after 3 or 4 days but one can pay for a set of fresh towels at any time.

Location was excellent, only few minutes away from the Grotte. Kitchen was fully equipped with the dishwasher as well. Family rooms have 2 bathrooms with showers. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Staff is friendly and customer orientated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had blackout curtains. Lovely view through the window (9th floor).

Double beds were moving away from each other as there were 2x single standard beds however mattress and pillow were very comfortable. This was not a four star hotel and the interior is more B&B standard however very clean and very good to stay with the family with kids. Please note that this hotel does not run 24/7 reception however it did not bother us at all.

The size of the large apartment was brilliant for 4 adults, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized living/dining area. We could have comfortably had 5 adults or 4 adults 2 children. The apartment has the majority of things you need. Bins are emptied daily which is rare for apartments but very helpful. There is a good supermarket 10 mins walk away and then a mini market 2 mins away for fresh bread. The reception also sells croissants, snacks and drinks which is helpful.

It would have been helpful to have had some cleaning spray (there was washing up liquid) and some food wrap. The shower cubicles and bathrooms are a bit cramped, but still perfectly functional.

The hotel is very close to all the main sites, on the bank of the river, about 5 minutes walk from the sanctuary. Our apartment was facing the internal yard, it was very quiet. The rooms were air conditioned and very clean, with modern furniture and a kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like were the beds and sofa bed. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The sofa bed's springs were noisy. It would be good if the hotel upgrades them to more comfortable ones in the future. Also, it would be nice to have an option to book a room with a double bed, instead of twin beds.

We travelled as a family. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The reviews don't do it justice. The bathrooms were modern and warm. There was plenty of space that we weren't on top of one another there was 5 of us. The bus outside the door was brilliant for shopping. It's a 5 min walk to the grotto. Plenty of options for food nearby. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare food.The staff were so friendly even with our bad French we had a laugh!!!!

The beds were low to the ground, but that is just a personal preference, but still they were so comfortable! We all slept comfortable.

Perfect location to visit the Basilica/Grotto and very close to cafes/restaurants for a coffee or quick meal. Our 2 bedroom apartment overlooked the river which was beautiful. It was also great to have the lift access to 2nd floor. Walls are a bit thin and could hear noise from outside the hallway and also loud people on the street (didn’t bother us but could bother others who are more sensitive to noise).

Small TV’s, the couches a bit outdated as the cushion kept sliding out, reception lady was a bit rude and not overly friendly. Only limited towels and bedding are provided and I believe you are charged extra if wanting more (we didn’t need to but info for others).

Fantastic location with a short walk to the Grotto and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Room was simple, but ideal for the trip I was on. Loved that my apartment had a washing machine!

Having to clean the apartment myself during the week. Even one visit from housekeeping would have made a big difference. I think you could pay for that to happen, but I never bothered.

Great location, great views from our windows & lovely morning sun. Spacious apartment with good kitchen & equipments, nice double sofabed. Small single beds in bedroom - could do with 2nd pillow for each bed. Plenty of cupboard spaces, hangers, sockets, good lighting.

Could have had daily cleaning & better quality soap/shampoo. Would be nice to have shower caps & body lotion too.
