Room was good, clean and enough space for two people. Location is good - short drive and close to the center of the village. Breakfast is amazing - good selection and very tasty. Personnel is very nice and helpful - we wanted to extend our stay for one more night and they helped us to get it extended in the cheapest and most comfortable way.

Parking is tiny, during the season it should be fully packed - and there are no alternatives nearby.

Perfect location to start and end our TMB hike. Staff members were friendly and took good care of our needs. Restaurant offered very good meals that were reasonably priced, we had dinner here all nights. Very good breakfast included. Breakfast officially starts at 7am but was available at 6.30am on the day we had an early start. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Note that there is no kettle nor bar fridge in rooms, but restaurant staff were happy to help store our cheese and provided us with hot water. Hotel has a lift, but do request for a room that’s within the first 3 floors if you have trouble with stairs. Rooms on the 4th floor can only be accessed by taking the lift to the 3rd floor, then climbing up a few steps. We stored our luggage at the hotel throughout our TMB hike for €5 per luggage for each day. Bus stop was near hotel; easy 30min bus ride to Chamonix town centre, and 7 min bus ride to La Prarion cable car station.

The lift unfortunately broke down on the day we had to check-out, and it took some effort to lug our luggage down the stairs.

A picture perfect spot for the hotel with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Location was 15 mins bus ride from the Chamonix central bus stop and everything was just so picturesque. I loved the time spent here. The town is pristine with kodak moments all around. Comfortable stay at IBIS Styles makes it even more happening. Breakfast served is good and they offer you a free ticket for local transport for as long as you are in town. Staff is few but available to help you always. Overall an amazing stay and all 5 stars to the location.

The hotel restaurant was closed during my visit which kind of spoiled my mood but to make it up you have more than a couple of restaurants just few meters down the road so you are covered.

Tiny things like the toilet being separate to bathroom so absolutely tiny and even me who’s super skinny struggling to get through door that opens inwards ?!

Recently nicely refurbished and the restaurant was particularly attractive. Our room had a large comfortable bed and the included breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and there is an easily accessed car park

The toilet was a bit too small, quite difficult to get in and shut the door! Perhaps the hotel should have better plans for unpredicted snowfalls - we had one overnight before we left and there were no staff available to help clear the car park so we could get out - they didn’t seem to realise there was a problem, though concerned when we told them. and the hotel possessed only one shovel. We managed with other guests but it could have been r been difficult and we are 74!

We arrived quiet late, as we were driving down from Paris and took longer than expected. Yet there was a very nice gentleman waiting for us, at the reception, checked us in, and made sure our car was parked in the right spot and even suggested some good local restaurants to catch a meal. The hotel is squeaky clean, very well maintained and all the facilities are top notch. The breakfast spread was fascinating, much better than most Ibis properties and the staff was all amazing. Highly recommended and the location is right in the middle of all the action.

Everything was perfect

Our room was very clean though small, and overall was very good value for money. The breakfast was very good, especially as I could make a mug of good black leaf tea. We had a good view to the mountains and Les Houches was a quiet place to stay with easy access by bus into Chamonix. The food in the restaurant was good and in line with prices in Chamonix. The bed was large, comfortable and with good bedding.

There was no seating in the room other than sitting on the bed. The room was too small for an armchair. I suppose that this is reflected in the price. The hotel car park is small, but we were just able to get a space. Otherwise parking would have been about 400 m away. Other guests had commented on this so we were forewarned, and we chose to leave our car in the carpark and use the local bus to get to and from Chamonix.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff, they explained all options for ski passes and slopes in great detail. Located conveniently near Brevent lift (we used a car to get there in 10’). A great option for a ski trip, they even have a room where you can dry your ski boots. Delicious continental breakfast with many options. Value for money, will definitely visit again!

Only the pillows, there were very thin and soft, not quite supportive.

The place had everything I needed. The breakfast was nice, with lots of pastry and cheese, typical for the region. The bed was large and comfy. The hotel is located halfway between the centre and lifts up the mountains, so a shortish walk could take me to both. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant offers some dinner options, no need to go elsewhere. Late check-out for an extra charge was very convenient.

I was pretty happy, just a bit more storage space would be useful. There weren't really many options to unpack a bit.
