The location is very strategic, just behind the Stadthuys building. Walking distance to all tourist attractions, the road is well lighted when we walk back at night . Its very safe for solo traveler. The breakfast was good, many options and all very tasty. Room is big and clean and we got upgraded to king size room . Many types of room available , shared dorm is also an option if you are solo traveler. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available . I strongly recommend this hotel to all.

It is the best place I have ever stayed in Malaysia. It is central, quiet, chill, clean and comfy. It was a great surprise to get there and find out that it was such a tranquil spot. The pool is enough to relax and chill in the times you are not exploring the Old Town of Melaka. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish I could stay for longer to be honest. Melaka was an amazing place. If I have to critique something about the place, it would be the lack of windows and ventilation in the shared room (in my case, the men's dormitory). Also, the lack of curtains or something to give you at least some "privacy" on each bed would be greatly appreciated if they could improve and upgrade that in the bunk beds.

The location is great, its only a few minutes to walk to the city centre. The room was beautiful and clean (though a bit small). The bed was comfortable and it is very quiet, so I slept wonderfully. The windows are sooo beautiful. In a country, where it is normal to have no windows at all or windows that only go inside the house it is amazing to have huge windows, a lot of light and an amazing view in the gardens of the Sultans Palace. The pool is also great and good for swimming.

I found it a bit too expensive, but on the other hand it was the only place in the city cente with a pool.

This is my return trip to this hotel during my visit to Melaka. Everything was just as good as before. Just bear in mind that you might need to walk 10–15 minutes from Jonker Street back to the hotel due to road closures for the night market, which prevents Grab drivers from accessing the hotel directly. Still, this will definitely be my choice again for my next visit to Melaka! Also, the hotel staff are friendly and respond promptly to email enquiries. Thanks!

The family suite size was great for 3 people - plenty of room to move around and enough space for luggage and shopping. Separate toilet and bathroom so that we could use both simultaneously - no waiting. The hotel was very thoughtful and had turned the air-con on before we checked in. It was really nice to come into a cool room, especially in this hot weather.

Parking is a bit challenging if you are driving. The road leading to the Inn is a dead-end, and insufficient room to turn the car around. Also limited spots. You may have to park on the main road.

Everything is exceptional! We opted for double room in a hostel and instead got 5 stars hotel luxury in a very modern premises with so many well- thought welcoming details (tooth brushes, great quality shower products, an iron, hairdryer, coffee, tee, bottles of water, a kettle!!! They even offer two types of pillows- the ones with duck feathers and the ones with synthetic/ regular feeling)! Everything is sparkling clean! The reception features ice cream freezer and cold beverages for very affordable prices.Seating area has very comfy sofa and amazing view of jungle-like garden! Finally, you can swim in an amazing swimming pool with sun- beds and sound-system playing int. music hits! Not to forget wonderful staff members always smiling and ready to assist! All in all, very satisfied with our stay at this exceptional place!

Spacious and walkable distance to Jonker area.

toilet is too dim and cramped. corridor light is too bright, good to consider lower wattage else allow us to adjust the brightness. also, good to consider having a standing lamp near the tv console. find that area is dark, not able to draw the curtain from that spot. the bed is soft + it gives squeaky noise when there’s movement. lastly, the flask cord is too short! need to place on the tissue box before we can start boiling water. the tip handle of the flask is not insulated properly, it’s hot and i got scalded when i tried to pour the water

Room nice view of gardens very unique n good sunlight n it's fine n comfort bed to have a few days rest n tour around the streets near by Rucksack by walking, lots of chinese food along the streets,chinese chicken n roasted pork rice on both sides n Baba Nyonia goodies was amazingly delicious,I may come back for more to a try.,,,!

there's smell from the drains n the streets are narrow but got to look out for crazy motor cycle riders dashing their way to your parh n also crossings not to your considerations they just come right in front of you n stared at ,have to be carefully along every narrow streets in malacca.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This influenced the communal areas so guests were also friendly and communicative Location perfect - near the city centre but not in the middle where it may have been more noisy My grandson loved the pool Breakfast was great

Clean room, Simple breakfast of bread/croissant + butter & eggs with locally pre-packed tasty breakfast on each day of our stay e.g. Siam Noodles on our first day, and basic nasi lemak the next morning. Hotel tucked away in a quiet area (good for a peaceful night sleep) and near enough to walk to the main attractions/city centre. e-hailing friendly location too!
