The property is part of a French chain of holiday villages. It is a very familial, francophone atmosphere with clubs for kids and teens. Almost all the staff spoke good English so communication was not a problem. Nice pool area. Good-value, quality food at mealtimes although you have to book the night before if you are not on half-pension.

Amazing location for kids, 9 and 12, and they loved the kids club. Plenty of outdoor space for them to run about in and great beaches just a few minutes drive away.

Unfortunately the pool wasn't open in October half term which we didn't realise when we booked. Kids were very upset about this at first, but luckily enjoyed the kids club enough to make up for it.

Beautiful buildings and grounds. Simple but very good food, limited choice, but all fresh and well prepared. Lovely staff. Great location for accessing the whole of Biarritz. Super pool and steam room.

The fact that my French was inadequate

Calm and picturesque place. The apartment is small and without great luxuries but has everything enough for a peaceful stay in Biarritz. The reception staff are extremely friendly.

A great location for Biarritz and surrounding areas, out of the bush centres but a 5 minute drive. It was perfect for us, quiet and peaceful after a day of exploring and walking around busy attractions. The pool was great and much more than expected for a smaller site.

The location was just superb nestled in a forest leading down to a lake and the beach! Everything was really old style french and really gave my son and I a true taste of the region! We even delved into a bit of French speaking! Just stunning..

Would have loved a tour of the place in English as I found the tour hard to follow! Really nothing though we didn’t like - it was a true French experience! Don’t change😁

Dogs are not allowed! The room was hot and there were no fans which might be a problem in the heat of the summer?

The château was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. The food was excellent.

Very friendly staff and excellent meals. A hotel with historical character and charming.

A littlebit too far from the beach. Sometimes bad smell in the stairhall and the rooms. Towels were not cleaned/replaced every day.
